  1. This also applies to me. I'm Dutch, and on November 21st this year, a new tax treaty was signed at the Dutch embassy in Bangkok. This means that Dutch citizens living in Thailand don't have to pay taxes on their pensions in Thailand, but they do have to file a tax return in Thailand. The pension is taxed in the Netherlands. Thai citizens living in the Netherlands are taxed in Thailand, and no longer in the Netherlands. For Dutch citizens, it depends on whether you are still liable for tax in the Netherlands or not. Each country has made separate agreements with Thailand.
  2. I wonder who will pay for the treatments in the hospital. Does he have insurance? That would be strange because he has high blood pressure. I don't think the 30 baht per month insurance for poor locals covers this.
  3. Do they perhaps want to get rid of the F-5E and F-5F? These prehistoric planes fit nicely with an African bandit republic with a dictator. Who else would want them?! Maybe Zelensky, but for free of course!
  4. You are clearly not aware of how elections work in Russia. Nor do you have the slightest idea why Russia is at war with Ukraine. Look into that first before you post comments.
  5. As far as I'm concerned, Russians and Ukrainians are the same and their population consists largely of corrupt and criminal people. Corrupt countries always attract corrupt and criminal people. It's only a matter of time before a Russian kills a Ukrainian or vice versa. The question is not whether it will happen, but when and what it will do to the general atmosphere in places in Thailand where many Russians and Ukrainians reside.
  6. "They also intended to review her visa status, as some netizens suggested she might be working in Thailand without permission" What kind of work could that be? 😁 I think she had a few days off from work because she had her period 😁
  7. A brown envelope will certainly solve the problem 😁
  8. Almost all artists on the A list are deceased or die within a number of years. The other artists are on the Z list consisting of rap, hip hop, hardcore, which has nothing to do with music. 😁 Or do they want to attract more backpackers who spend large amounts of money 😁
  9. This will also boost the number of traffic victims. They have lost their minds
  10. Another elephant pants figure that has probably never worked. Such an alternative world improver
  11. This is probably due to the large number of farang who do not shower often enough
  12. A drunk Brit? You don't hear that often The crowdfunding can start
  13. The sound of Tuk-Tuks as well as the sound of boats on the Chao Phraya River and klongs are the charm of Bangkok. Another thing is that you will not hear electric Tuk-Tuks coming and since Tuk-Tuk drivers are not really known for being slow, the number of accidents will increase.
