As far as I'm concerned, Russians and Ukrainians are the same and their population consists largely of corrupt and criminal people. Corrupt countries always attract corrupt and criminal people. It's only a matter of time before a Russian kills a Ukrainian or vice versa. The question is not whether it will happen, but when and what it will do to the general atmosphere in places in Thailand where many Russians and Ukrainians reside.

The sound of Tuk-Tuks as well as the sound of boats on the Chao Phraya River and klongs are the charm of Bangkok. Another thing is that you will not hear electric Tuk-Tuks coming and since Tuk-Tuk drivers are not really known for being slow, the number of accidents will increase.

I noticed that there were more Russians in Jomtien. I have not heard them speak but know they are Russians. Russians and especially Russian women are recognizable because they are always standing on the beach and not lying or sitting on their beach bed. They like to be seen. I always compare them to meerkats.

To enter Thailand with a mix of vaccinations against Covid, a timeframe is given for between the first and second vaccination. In my case there is 14 weeks between the first (AstraZeneca) and the second (Pfizer). Thailand indicates that there should be three weeks in between. Many of my acquaintances have different timeframes and all longer than the three weeks that Thailand indicates. Does anyone have experience with this situation?

All the people I know in the Isaan don't want AstraZeneca or Sinovac. They want Pfizer!

I don't read anywhere if anyone has done anything to stop it and make it impossible to do it again. For all my transactions I use my phone or PC and in both cases I use one of the best VPN services.
