  1. Tony Martial came from France the English press said he had no chance, 50 million down the drain Tony Martial scores again.

Martial, cost £50 mil played 41 scored 14

    Iheanacho, cost £350,000 played 11 scored 11

I reckon Martial was about as good a deal as Sterling

Why didnt you choose Rashford to compare to Iheanacho?

cost fark all!!! played 12 scored 7 ......18 years old

oh and he has made 30 apperances for 11 goals get your facts correct before posting shhhittee wink.png

    Much better yes biggrin.png

  2. ^ yep just a shame about the quality of the team your gonna put out and the quality of football it plays. Days past would have made time to watch ltd in a final, but now, i don't think so.

    Good for you! tongue.png

At least we have a chance of winning a trophy this season with that <deleted> quality eh.

  3. It would be a shame if vardy is suspended for more than one match, and Leicester faltered because of one angry exchange in the heat of the moment. Spurs winning by default is a hollow victory, and I'm sure most fans would like to see Leicester at full strength, and if spurs did overhaul them it would be well deserved. Nevertheless, spurs are looking exceptional right now.

Spurs haven't been at full strength part of the season so does that mean if Leicester win the league they have done it by default ?

In comparison to spurs, Leicester are minnows in depth of squad. To put it into perspective Sterling move to man c cost more than the entire Leicester team. That's why this season has been a breath of fresh air, with the top two breaking the same old teams.

Whatever, spurs have a great young squad and they will win the premiership title next season, if not this one. As for Leicester, they will need to invest to stand any chance in the champions league.

Spurs fans know that ...that statement is just crass.

  4. ^ who is bertie? Hope it's not intended at me after I so kindly researched the answer to your u21s making the first team for you. ;-)

I dont need you to research anything for me pal especially the U21s

You keep researching how many ex United players are using your academy because after all they aint going to get a kick in the first team are they??

Bertie Magoo the bitter blue tongue.png

Your academy is good but at that age it should be with the amount of money you have spent on it ..SHAMEFULLY NON will get a chance will they!

  5. You obviously want an argument bertie? Joel Periera is a goalie btw.....

The side above actually includes other young players we have bought and or brought through as well ..Lingard Martial..Memphis..Shaw Periara who you cleverly never mentioned! wink.png

ONLY De Gea and Smalling are around 25 of the top of my head so with the other mostly under 20 on average it would be correct... now stop being bitter about everything and be happy that United players are using your admittedly very good acadamy before they fall by the wayside as your kids normally do cos they dont get any game time in abu dhabis obvious plans.thumbsup.gif

  6. Ex Man United players?

    Who?

Not having a pop at anyone just showing that we can now possibly put out a side average age of about 20 that would compete in the premier league and has got a lot of talent for the coming years.

Although it was not LVGs plan it has had its advantages after the injuries we have had this season.Always good to see young lads coming through and given game time.

Mensah Rashford have really stood out just lately and CBJ McNair and Lingard have contributed very well this season...love to see Pereira given time.

    Scarily there is more! smile.png

  7. The only player worth watching is young Rashford imo. The other ones you can keep.

Cheers for that Balo ...Yes we will keep the rest they might come in handy eh!

    D De Gea

    McNair Smalling Mensah

    Darmian Shaw

    Pereira Lingard Memphis

    Martial Rashford

    Subs

    Borthwick Jackson

    Varela

    Rojo

    Jones

    Januzaj

    Powell

    Wilson

  8. Excellent all round performance against Chelsea. Pressed hard and with some wonderful defence splitting passes by Yaya and DeBruyne on the counter attack. What a difference the team looks with some of those players back from injury.

Yeah massive difference isnt it what injuries does to the team over a season smile.png

  9. City V Real Madrid

    First leg at the Etihad

    Ronaldooooooo!!! tongue.png

You need to let it go red so you can get some closure.

Now say this 10 times:- "Ronaldo doesn't play for United anymore, he left us years ago" biggrin.png

Bale can have a look around before his move to Manchester in the summer.

Jeez i was just saying Ronaldo will be back in town and would really love to turn you lot over biggrin.png Madrid final i think tongue.png

  11. What an opportunity to win this and qualify for the champions league.

I hear it was quite a good game last night!

Exactly Carms defining next couple of games for Klopp and the players coming up win it and entry in the Champions League would be incredible for Liverpool and the next couple of years.

  12. KUALA LUMPUR — The draw for the the final qualifying round of the 2018 World Cup in Russia was made this afternoon at the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

Thailand has been drawn in Group B along with Australia, Iraq, Japan, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

The top two teams of each of the six-team groups will automatically qualify for the next football World Cup which will be hosted by Russia in 2018.

The third placed teams from the groups will play an additional game against each other. The victor then plays against the fourth-place team from the CONCACAF region for a place at the World Cup.

The other group, known as ‘Group A’ is comprised of China, Iran, Qatar, South Korea, Syria and Uzbekistan.

The first qualifying games will take place in September. Details of the forthcoming fixtures have yet to be confirmed. All teams in the group will face each other both home and away.

This means that the war elephants will need to make three trips to the middle east as well as travelling to Australia and Japan.

Thailand has never qualified for the World Cup. The only appearance by a Southeast Asian nation at the footballing event was Indonesia, playing as the Dutch East Indies, who qualified in 1938.
