i have visa from hua hin immigration paid 20.000 baht witout need deposit 800.000 .... expire this.... January..... may be i will stay here ching rai ...

does any one have contact of immigration here chiang rai.... doing visa retirement for 20.000 baht ...

Pimann is probably the nicest pool in town, but last time I went they wouldn't sell me a one-off ticket for a swim, only if I bought a gym membership. Admittedly this was a few months back, so maybe they've changed their policy.

sorry i do not remember by now 100%..... suranaya..... something like that ..... pool half size( long same pimann but not so large ) have sauna and fitness .. per day

i just moved from cha- am to chiang rai to my daughter house family.... i am single now.. i am 60 and 25 year here in thailand mostly bangkok so i am in a similar position.... how to spend the time in chiang rai ... morning i do mental training start 05H00 for two hours meditation+ yoga programm .... then coffee breakfast.... overlooking the ricefield ...and mountain ...after that some internet social news ... 10.00 am go WITH scooter on tour ... any where ;;; mountain...river. just drive somewhere .. come back for lunch ..... afternoon one hour internet and a meditation half a hour .. then swimmingpool two hours in a good place - hotel with fitness room .. then back by scooter ..... two time per week go to sexy massage .. have also 4 hours normal thai massage per week here in the house not out door ..no alcool and smoking since three years- bar visit also stopped no more interest in that .....

take a promotion fare to bangkok and stay few days in sukhumvit aera beeragarden looking for special action- with old freelance ....three some etc ....

i must say that i have learned meditation since two years and this keep the mind calm .

and i take not for granted that i have to stay for end of life here in chiang rai .... let it go and keep doors open to every thing ... as budha teach.... no attachment ......

Hello every one here .. i have move from cha-am to wiang chai to my daughter thai here .. i am 60.... now i am missing swimming pool and no mia i am alone single guy now..... ....... where can i use a good swimming pool in the aera ... then what do you do guys here ap art from internet . i have no mia here.

only daughter family good house good aera of living no problem but it look boring now . any suggestion what i can do here ...

DO NOT MISUNDERSTAND house and house bungalow for holiday .... there is no traditional house to rent here ...only house or bungalow style house for a holiday ... you would hardly stay in such house one year here ..

on my inspection here this morning they ASKED me 25.000 thai baht monthly rent for what i thing is a big bungalow and they named it Villa !!!!

A VILLA IN HUA HIN IS MAY BE BE A REAL VILLA BUT HERE ITS MORE AND LESS JUST A BIG MUNGALOW ;;;.

ONE MAIN PROBELM HERE IS SHORTAGE OF WATER........most of the aera has no tape water .. water is cut beetwen 9am and 5pm .. on the beach you need to built a water tank to secure water ....

WHY IS IT NO SO POPULAR BY EXPAT or tourist... because full of jelly fisch ...

Pricing at the beach restaurants .. quiet similar to cha- am if not more expansiv .. basic fried rice on the beach is 100thai baht ...

you have one seven eleven and one mini tesco ....several ATM one pharmacy.

evening entertainment your internet and your wife .... therefor thaiwife must be older without boring for her ...

i would say... if you over 60 and had a busy life you can retired here .... calm ... calm ...

incentiv tours here from thai companies ... hUNDdred staff parties going on .. sometime lot of noice till midnight on beach aera...... karaoke etc ......

condo( small one about 20 rooms ) one in construction on the beach near completed ...... one studio 1million baht.......

see some tourist here farang ; rent bicycle and touring the 6 km beach road ... swimming no as jelly fisch.. evennig basic food then go sleep and boum boum ...

LAND FOR SALE.... cheap in the forest but as mention there is water problem so no swmming pool etc ....

till now my second day here I HAVE NOT FIND any suitable house to rent ...

my problem here .; there is no swimmingpool as in cha- am ... but i like the forest near the beach ....but no water . so housing problem.....

if you buy or built house on the beach the future could look as cha- am run over by thai tourist group tours come for eating drinking ....

I THINK the hotel rate here are overpriced .. 1300 baht for a two star accomodation.......

I LIKE THE COCONUT TREE FOREST here .....but its to risky to built house in forest.. and then there are lot a mosquitos etc.. evening you better stay indoor ....

i may understand what you mean !!!! i am 60..... 25 years now in thailand and since last year problems started with my body here in cha- am even i am leaving near the sea .. i am not alone many others gays have problems like ... lips burning ....muscles pain ..... iching.... fungus in feed ..

many have muscles pain or simply pain .... some have red skin ...iching in he ass aera

I had a bad back pain .. took some asperin ..... went to see orthopedic doc X ray where was nothing ...... i continue to take some asperin ...... one day i was on the floor could no more move ..... ambulance to hospital .. they right away checked the blood and found out that i have take to much asperin and that the asperin had eat all my blood ... i had only 5 left of blood by O you dead ...

so i had never back pain that was only asperin who started to eat my body .......

so my advice X ray + scan and a must check your blood + urine and stool .....if YOuR STOOL IS BLACK OR GREEN DARK then urgent check hospital .....

i have similar problems..... but i know from where i have pain or why .... i found this here.....; now trying to get it here in thailand or order it online ...

using ais 3G pocket wifi 21.6 mbps here in cham am today google very slow google + not working.. every thing very slow ....

after a hospital stay here i discovered boudhism with deepack chopra........ going morning to beach at 5H00 for one hour meditation to heal the body.. using mantra OM....OM in the first mobile who connect you to the univers .. well my hernia got well repaired and i have stop smoking.. meditation has deleted smoking from the body cells.now i have no more feeling to light up a cigarette the same for alcool.. i am free of it .......there was a time 6 bootle chang beer per day ..... one or two pack LM per day.....never i could stay quiet for one hour had to move somewhere .. nowadays i can seat for hours looking the sea or coconot tree....... all emotion caused by alcool and cigarette are 100% deleted from body and mind.......... there are more inside me that have changed ....

sleeping disorder also has gone away no i sleep before 10 and get up sun rise .....no alcool no cigarette no smoking feeling... I AM very calm now.....

by very calm i mean ... Bangkok night life ?????? near every day ....well i am 60 today ..... without meditation may be i would have been seek or gone .....

here in cha_am there was about 1000 during this time last year .........today 07 december may some 100 or 200 .. but generaly december 01 to dec 15 is always very low

this year Novemver December near no tourist from norway SWEDEN etc .......
