Recently replaced an Electrolux washer with a a Hisense Washer Dryer WD3Q8543BW
I don't actually use or need the dryer, however the price at ฿9,540, was ฿50 short of the price I'd paid less than 5 years earlier for the Electrolux washer. So having the option of availability to dry something is a bonus without additional cost. (excepting the electricity used)
Excellent machine and I'm very happy, with such features as delayed ending to washing cycles, means that I can chuck a load in the machine before heading to bed, then when I get up in the morning the machine is only just finishing it's final spin. No damp clothes sitting in a machine for 5 hours before being unloaded.

Bbbbuuuut, if a business's turnover is below £85,000, they're not required to register for VAT, but that means you cant charge VAT on your sales nor claim VAT back on your purchase of goods or services used in order to make those sales.

This article reminded me of visiting rural areas in Ireland almost 40 years ago.

What I did is I have a retirement extension based on Non -O plus multi entry.
I have a Cambodian Visa as well.
I applied online for the DTV. It took three weeks and was granted in an E-visa via email.
That kicks in when I decide to use it.
So the DTV is granted and dormant until I utilize it.
Thanks! Just just now realised the DTV is not the same as LTR visa which a few friends have recently got

You get an e visa through email, when the immigration looks at your printed out A4, which also contains your photo, you get a six-month stamp.
After, I think you are in the computer as a 5 year DTV, but additional back up is to carry a printout for airports and borders of your 5 year E visa from the MFA

I didn't understand your post in capitals, as I don't have permanent residency.
I have a retirement extension based on a Non - O,
I now also have a DTV.
My intention, is not to renew my retirement extension or multi entry permit.
On expiry, I will leave and re-enter on my DTV, which is now valid until January 2030.
Are the Non-O and DTV both in the same passport?

Just head to your nearest BigC they have the pork loin out on trays, their temperature control must be pretty good as I've never had any issue and I buy it regularly (2-3 times a week)

Then this F1 race for Thailand all of a sudden came up very soon after a certain Red Bull heir had more than just a regular run in with a policeman, that may have involved a Ferrari on 3rd Sept 2012.
At the time it was rumoured that bringing an F1 race to the country, which would have been looked upon as such a great gift to the country that there could be 100% immunity for a young family member, without that young family member having to go into self exile (aka going on the run)

Personally I've never sold a property, therefore sorryi cant answeryour question, however I can share that for every property I've purchased, I've never given a second glance to anything that isn't showing the asking price.

Go for the Mankini as it's bound to work out cheaper than a leotard, given the fabric cost has to be minimal in comparison, although to be frank you may need to use more sunblock which may offset any potential cost savings over the leotard

Seems like you spend more than necessary on buying 100' of t-shirts, have you tried comparing the cost of laundering t-shirts versus the cost of buying a new one each time you've worn one?
