  1. So we should expect similar retaliation against Vance for his very hostile anti-Trump comments. Also, the Labour volunteers who went to the US is not even slightly unusual. The tories have also sent volunteers to assist the Republicans and I also noted that one Mr N Farage - a party leader - went to assist Trump, which would be monstrously hypocritical. In the current replay of history, Musk is playing the part of Krups.
  2. "I put it in reverse and floored the accelerator and was astonished when it started going backwards, so I kept it floored"
  3. Presumably bacon from tiny, tiny pigs
  4. Probably down to the last couple of hundred thousand by now.... Mission accomplished....
  5. "has directed the academy to undertake a comprehensive investigation cover up." Fixed that...
  6. And the debate goes- Children go to primary school at age 5 so do not require a nursery and will, therefore not be charged VAT. However, private schools that try to avoid VAT by packing nursery classes with primary school pupils will be caught. Time for outrage....
  7. I wonder how you can relax and spend all this extra time with the family while doing all this boosted travelling at the same time.
  8. Gosh... almost as terrible as calling Trump America's Hitler. But then no politician would say that would they?
  9. Well, that was a waste of the excess baggage fee...
  10. Yup. Written by a Murdoch babe reporter, published by a Murdoch company and, factually incorrect as the PM doesn't organise the funeral. But then in view of the source, hardly surprising, Hope it sells as well as Boris's book........
  11. Saw this in the centre of Hanoi some 14 years ago...
  12. Well at least they did convict. In the case of establishment favourites 'sir' Jimmy Savile and 'sir' Cyril Smith they were allowed to get away with it for decades. One a LibDem MP and the other being Thatcher's poster boy, and I don't recall either being Pakistani.
  13. Time for a relapse I reckon....
  14. So the poor people will have to pay income tax, with the promise of a possibility that they might get some back. Sounds like a plan to get the poor to subsidise the rich - which would bring Thailand into the 21st cenury.
