Guys, there was a question someone wrote that wasn't fully clarified. Or maybe if it was I really apologize.

What if someone who was denied entry holds 2 passports (Duel nationality).

In my case I have a Chilean passport and and Australian passport.

Will I be sent back to Chile if denied at the airport (if they don't let me fly to a neighboring country, like Vietnam, Laos, Malaysia)

or will I be allowed to fly to Australia as I also hold an Australian passport?? Or will I have to fly back to the country with the passport I was flying in from. Or is it just all up to immigration?? 

I always prefer to use the Chilean passport because it gives me 90 days visa excempt (bilateral agreement), but I haven't been back there since I was 1 year old. lol

Hello everyone, 

Is it true that passport holders of the 5 bilateral agreement countries (Chile,  South Korea, Peru etc) cannot do border runs to Cambodia for another 90 day visa excempt anymore? 

If so, does this only apply for only Cambodian borders or all?

Hi everyone,  so I came back to Pattaya last night after getting a tourist visa in Vientiene. I didn't go to immigration today to submit a new tm30 form. When I go there tomorrow will they give me a fine for being more than a day late?

Hi everyone, I understand that there is a holiday on Monday the 15th October.

Will the Thai consulate in Vientiene be closed on that day? I need to get a tourist visa.

If I could squeeze 1 more visa excempt, (my second by border run to Cambodia this year) I would prefer that option. But I would hate to be denied entry at the border for staying here so long already on visa excempts. Looks like Laos for a tourist visa it will most probably be.

Hello,  I am not sure If I should go to Laos and get a tourist visa or do a second border run to get another visa excempt? I flew here in April 2018 no visa, got a 90 days stamp (bilateral agreement passport) then I did 1 border run to Cambodia and got another 90 days.  I would like to stay until January 2019. 

Because I have been here already for a while, will I have any problems with immigration if I do another border run to Cambodia ( to get another 90 days)?  Or should I just go to Laos to avoid problems?

Is Chaing Mai airport much safter option to fly into than BKK airports if you have a long history of visa exempts/tourist visas?

Would entering Thailand through a land border with out a visa, only a visa exempt be possible? Any change of refusal?

You should be OK with the rental agreement and a few rent receipts for good measure. Always bring along every bit of paper relating to your stay, then at least you can get a quick photocopy done, and not have to go through it all Again,  two days in a row because of one missing page.

You were unlucky. I have been doing back to back tourist visas and visa excempts for over 10 years. The last time i flew in to DMK was in April this year on visa exempt.  She was nice, no questions asked, stamped me and smiled. My passport is full of visa excempts and tourist visas. I might not be so lucky soon however,  getting paranoid from these reports,  so I will be going through land borders every time from now on just be safe. 

What will be the likely outcome for this guy? Will he go straight jail? Will he be able to pay a fine at the station and go on his merry way OR pay bail, go to court, plead guilty and pay fine with no deportation if it's his first time offence? Surely with so many peoole trying to sell you drugs on walking st/beach rd many foreigners must get caught. Does anyone have any experience or stories to share?

avoid female immigration officers (don't get in their line)

pay for the premium lane service (1,200thb)

have at least 20,000thb on you

have a story for why you are here so often

have a flight out of thailand (even though you have a visa and don't need it to board at SGN)

make sure your social media accounts don't reflect any type of working activity in thailand

If the O.P is worried,  would it be safer to cross though a land border?  Say,  Cambodia (not poipet)  or Laos? Thanks as I will be in a similar situation soon. Sorry if I am hijacking the thread.
