.LL 1st sentence doesnt make sense to me?.Im also an owner of cbr250 ,yes the 500cc is double the cc with better torque but i reached 179km in stock form and im not paying 100k baht more to get to 190km from an cbr500As an owner of a cbr250, i can say ninja 250 is a better bike because it is 60 k thb more expensive so has some better ways due to that, very simple. But put 50 k more you get a better alrounder and nearly two times more cc like a cbr500, i mean you always get a better bike for 60 k more. Still no bike in Thailand can beat the price performance of a 70k thb second hand cbr250. Still every rider has different needs and expectations from bikes regardless of price. 179 kmh? I do not beleive that unless you change your sprockets or modified it to the moon or going down the hill for kilometers with a wind from your back!
What i was meaning on my previous posts like you pay 60 k more of course you get a better bike mostly.

With the cheapness of thai electricity why would solar be better? Also there are no feed in tarrifs so there is no real gain from solar in thailand .This coming from an aussie who has solar in my house in sydney. The only solar ive seen here are the cheap chinese brands that i wouldnt touch with a barge pole.

This is a good start but it will take another 100 years to make Thailand's sidewalks (where there are some) useable for the disabled. I figure it will take at least the next 25 years for the police to crackdown (giggle, giggle) on motorcycles that use the sidewalk...another 50 years to get the vendors off the sidewalks...and then another 25 years to build sidewalks where there should be sidewalks. Yeap, about a century should do it.
The law does state that motorbikes can indeed ride on the footpath though ,so a police crackdown on this will not occur

Licensing requirements for the japanese are strict beyond the reach of most due to the extreme costs and rider trainer ,This is why the cb400 is such a popular bike there .Similiar to Lams in Australia etc .
