    ok thanx,I have to look again but i was thinking of the buildingtax.This 12,5% is tax on income of the property rented out if I understand correct.Lets say you own your house then there is a yearly tax to pay for your property,I think?

Well if you do paypal empty your account everyday,if just one customer complains about your webiste the lock your acocunt for just any stupid reason-Happend to my company.Moneybookers is great,they are growing a lot, but also have a look at CCBill.supergood.All they want is 2 copy of id or passport and some other paperwork,easy.You can have it company name or privat as merchant.They are litlte bit expensive.charge you from 16% and dropping down depending on your salesnumbers so pricy it you are a smal business but easy.

  4. ok thanks guys but itgabs you say something about a application?is that me that have(can do that or is it the company that host the server?vpn is slowling it down to much.I never have this problem before,just moved here and my place before I had 3BB and perfect for 1year,Her they use true as main supplier,So this means I have to get my own 3BB or move ,again.Puhh,I dont think the company have the server care about my wishes haha.Thx guys

    Issues

    I live in a condo that have 50mb fiberoptic and her is True and 3bb so if one goes down the other one kicks in,

    I logg in to at what we can call a plattform were I look for different reason like statistics,sales etc.

    It does not show correct values,show wrong menu,it seams to be what i call totaly out of sync,its working but wrong.

    And its not wifi but line in to each condo.Have many users from all over,Thailand,Euorpe etc and no one have any problem,only me

    Then i put in my 3G aircard or I use proxy like hidemyass and then all is perfect.

    I try on my other computer and the same thing so not a computerproblem so it looks like it is something with the internet line.

    I can connect to everywere,other webistes,email etc all is fine but not this plattform,

    So all good internet guys ant ideas?I will try to talk with tec for the internet but well my thai are not so good and ther english is

    in same level as my Thai.Please help.

  7. hi.ok i give up haha.I cant get my wifi linksys router to work in my condo.Its not broken,need some one that know how to set it up,sure it is easy for some one that know how.and then I cant get my third screen wright so that is the second project.Sure easy stuff for smart people and thats not me haha.

    I need recomendations for some one that do house calls to fix this kind if things.Thai or Farang as long as they can understand it,

    I know many of you guys here are realy friendly and helpful but I think I need some one here in my condo to do it,dont waste your time try to help me,no use,Iam to dumbw00t.gif to get it for sure.Any ideas would be great,no shops,I dont go there so I need Pc housdoctor of some kind.Heeeeelpsmile.png

I looke long time for a ok condo, one bedroom and its hard.For 12k very hard.I see one in Nirun Villa,10k for i bedroom,look very nice on the pic,But you stay there already? but this is the low buildings I think?yestarday I see that one online on a other website,not sure I can write it here but start with baht and end with soldsmile.png

    I found some around 15k and not easy to find cheaper in center .I have a great one but i pay 20k.Look the realestat websites online just to find areas and then you go there yourself.Most of there ads are old anyway.keep driving around.If I see something online I send you Pm.god luck

  9. ok thanks guys.Well then he have to go get a turistvisa the next day after he cancel.If he cancel for exempel on Monday then he can go visa trip Tuesday?with out spend 1900 for 7days at immigration?Any way its cheaper to get one day overstay then pay 1900.Hm just thinking he can go first out of the country and apply for Turistvisa then hes B-visa is canceld anyway and the wp he can go do when he is back?

  10. If I want to give my wife 2,000,000 baht to buy a car that will be OK.

    If I want to give my wife 2,000,000 baht to buy land in her name only that seems to be not OK.

    Bear in mind that when she registers the ownership of the said land I have to sign a pape rsaying that it belongs to her and that I have no claim on the land.

    If that is correct then there should be no problem as I will only live there and actually own nothing and have no rights to it should she die before me.

    Could someone correct me if I am wrong or confirm if I am correct?

    I cant say I know 100% but i read in some threads her that you have to sign that at landoffice but its crazy.The law is 50/50 if you have a divorse of what you buy under the time you are married and then I have to sign to give up that right?If is like that then its one more reason to not get married.Do the buddha marrige,its god enough.
  11. well most company I belive set up by farangs for sure dont have the Thaipartners 51% put up the real money.I dont mean you think you can

    "give" to your wife/girlfriend this money.The have to show that they are realy god for this money and bet you that most are not.How many Thais

    can show 1milion +`.There have been warnings about this and maybe it start happend and proxys and nomies is not safe.Many so called lawers/account offer you to help you for smal extra fee så they use there office staff.1 month ago I called 3-4 lawers/accounting and they all said we can fix that no problem.

    its totaly BS, they are not responsible,you are the one that get it to big problem.DONT set up company if you dont have "real"Thaipartners with money.Or do it and play the game and hope they start checking all.

  12. Hotels have a special rule that they can contact immigration to prevent costumers leaving the country without paying. Member Simon47 has posted about this as he used this rule a few times to get the hotel bills paid by costumers who left without checking-out.

    I sent an email to the hotel asking them to look up the debt and I just got their response which is posted below;

    Hi, that is really a friendly email. It happens that sometimes customer go outside for a trip and come back after several days. As you had left the hotel and we were not informed that you will never come back, we kept your room 7 days available for you, that means, we lost 4.830 Bath.

    So they are asking for almost 5,000 baht, which was alot more than I was expecting to pay, but I know that I have to get this taken care of.

    Do you think that a reasonable solution would be to offer to pay 1,000 baht on the debt right away and make two monthly payments of 2,500 baht after I get back to the U.S. from income that I will have as soon as I get back home.

    Do you have your 20.000baht for overstay? you dont have 5000baht to pay this debt? were are you? In Pattaya?what hotel did you stay in?? Do you have anything of value? laptop? watch? something that you can pawn? when are you plan to leave.? Sorry for you but are you for real? start smelling more and more, please can any one borow me some money? You are telling me that you dont have any friend in the world or after 2 years here that can help you with 5000baht? sorry if Iam out of line but sounds wrong all off it.

    As I said earlier in the post, I have recently made contact with my sister that I have not seen in many years. She has generously offered to cover the cost of the overstay fine and the airline ticket and I have a little bit left over to take care of the hotel debt, but 5,000 baht is more than I was expecting. I am just trying to limit the amount of money that my sister has to put up to get me out of here. Once I get back to the U.S. I have ways to make money to get the rest of this hotel bill and my sister paid off.

    Sorry If you do not believe my story. This sort of thing happens often in Thailand and all too often it ends with pictures of a guy hanging from a rope on the front page of Pattaya Daily News. That almost happened to me. Unfortunately not everyone who comes to Thailand has money from an inheritance, or a large trust fund to live off of.

    I have not asked anybody on this board for money. I don't want money from anyone on this board. I am simply asking for advice because I am inexperienced on these matters. I only want to do what is necessary to get out of Thailand without anymore problems.

    well as i said Im sorry if im jumping wrong.I also think the hotel is just now taking a shoot at you to get some more money out of you but I feel for you and I apologize if Im sound like a ashole.You are in a bad spot man so I realy hope you get all worked out.
