I stated on another thread the verification gods at Capital One are taking it to higher levels. I noticed the OP mention frustration with codes through the phone. It's a blessing when they send it through a device they give you or through email.

I remember when I was a kid in school! I much preferred the fire drills as opposed to the air raid drills.Back in the day the USSR,communism  and their  nuke missiles were being drilled in our heads! I lived in Miami during the Cuban missile crisis!We lived in some very scary times back then. Real fear!

I had to make a appointment for the affidavit for being single! I was under the impression one doesn't have to do multiple notary appointments for two services. Correct me if I'm wrong.  There is a possibility that the Amphor up here wants a passport verification,that I am who I am. So from the embassy only,I  need the completed affidavit form  for single, completed copy of appointment page , a copy of my passport picture page and payment ?

 I need a Certified true copies of U.S. passports . Do I use a blank affidavit from the US embassy  Bangkok website ?
