I think that there may be a thermal fuse inside that bit of clear'ish sleeving.
You might like to check continuity between the tow red wires connected each end of it.
Also the thermal cutout looks a bit corroded where the blue wires are connected.
Correct. 2 fuses shown. The lower one should reset after the temp falls but in our experience (wife sell clothes so has several units) after a while they fail. The fuse in the sleeving, if activated, will not reset and will need replacing. Unplug unit and check with a continuity meter.
Make sure you get the same temperature settings if changing. Available at Amorn and Lazada/shoppee

May be nothing but there is a view that the problem is earth leakage related.
From your photo of the distribution board notice that the trip is set to only 5mA.
This may be too sensitive. Try setting to the standard 30 mA and check if any improvement

Not at all. The 'Scroll Up' arrow is part of this forums software. The keyboard Home button works directly on the browser and will go to top of page on any site.

Correct. Its a straight cut and paste from Google translate which thinks 'she got skidded and slid over to the other side of the road'..is the correct translation.

Australia needs to end its occupation of Aboriginal lands and give Aborigines statehood .
The British need do go back to the U.K , Aborigines have been there for thousands of years .
They will do on the same day that the US and NZ return all of their stolen lands to the original owner / occupiers.

On what basis do you allege this?
Some private hospitals will try to rip off anybody Thai of Foreign. Plenty of reports.

People should really check the company and its principals if investing in a 'to be built' property.
A simple search would have shown up articles from 2016 and 2018 + many others.
One example from 2018 is https://thethaiger.com/news/phuket-court-denies-bail-in-alleged-property-fraud-case

Assuming that the OP was applying for a further one year permission to stay for the purposes of retirement, the thing that stood out ,for me, was the quote "and evidence of my overseas assets" . This does not satisfy the financial requirements for the extension so unless bank deposit of 800K or transfers to Thailand bank account of 65k/month was shown then the boss was correct not to sign.

Yes, pay money plus while owner watches make the weapon useless; bend the barrel, weld the area where the cartridge is inserted so that it can never be used or repaired, run a disc grinder through the firing mechanism, etc. This does work.
That's not going to work. The police won't be able to resell them if they wont fire.

Not true. Usufruct can be for any period of time up to 30 years, if no time is stated then it is assumed to be up to the death of the usufruct holder.

There was a time when they would stamp your permitted to stay date same as expiry date of passport . Then when you presented a new passport they would give you the outstanding balance of the one year.
However that practice ceased years ago.

If that's possible and she signs it then go for it. Just to be on the safe side!
Contracts between husband and wife are not enforceable under Thai law and can be voided by either party at any time (CCC 1469)
