    Indeed ! The British North America Act of 1867 was never signed by Quebec. The province even refused to sign the Constitution when the UK gave it back to Canada in 1982. The mascarade is over now.

    Virgin rep said all I need is a QR code to scan from AIS. As I am abroad for 1 month, I can not go to their shop. Is there a way to reactivate my eSIM online ? I can not get OTP any more from them. Their toll free number is useless from here and I can not find an email or a chat Line to deal with. Thanks for your help
