Are they allowed to have a lawyer present during the interrogation? Sorry for the dumb questions. I'm not sure how the UK legal system works.

Yes. Of course. Even if someone doesn't have their own legal to attend anyone can have the duty solicitor attend their interviews and advise.

I can no longer cope with the extremely loud motorbike noise in Thailand/Pattaya and plan to move to another country if things don't improve.

I’m trying to sell my apartment, but potential buyers lose interest when they stand on the balcony and hear big bikes and scooters with modified exhaust pipes speeding by (Pattaya has turned into a racing circuit, with riders reaching 100 km/h where only 40 km/h is permitted), producing roaring and crackling noises. I will have to lower my fair price from around 12 million to well below 10 (maybe below 9) in order to attract a buyer.

That is why I am offering half a million baht to the local commander of the traffic police in Pattaya, as well as to the commander of the Royal Thai Traffic Police. They can donate it to charity or use it to hire additional traffic police.
I will provide this total of one million baht if they remove all extremely loud scooters (without silencers or with modified exhaust pipes) and big bikes (with modified exhaust pipes) from the roads in Pattaya and throughout Thailand.
By “remove,” I mean confiscate the vehicles for at least one month (+ a fine) and destroy the illegal exhaust pipe. In the case of a second offense, the bikes or scooters should be confiscated for six months and a hefty fine imposed.

Additionally, close (permanently) all shops that sell or install these illegal exhaust pipes. Close all motorbike rental shops for at least one month if they rent out big bikes with modified loud exhaust pipes or rent to tourists without a proper driving license. For the next offense, close the business permanently.

Thailand, not land of smiles, but land of noise...

Soundproofing. It'll cost less and achieve more.

  3. It's fairly obvious. Epstein and Maxwell used the whole 'massage' thing as a euphemism for sexual abuse and drew in pretty much all the girls by that route.

Andrew formerly known as Prince is in this photo practicing some massage techniques, no doubt being instructed by the despicable Maxwell.

It wouldn't be difficult to surmise that this thinly veiled charade was just a little titillation warm up; leading him to later make use of the subject of said 'massage' sexually.

Charles and the Royal farce machine must have had some pre warning that more of this kind of stuff was going to come out hence the swift and brutal stripping him of all his titles and removing him from the lodge.

    Example from Lazada

Umm. So how does that work?? What does it do? How do you use it? I had no idea some men are actually subjecting themselves to all this. Does it make it bigger or what? I've heard of operations injecting fat for girth, and some kind of surgery which supposedly makes it longer, but this!

It does make one wonder, yes. Britain declared war on Germany in September 1939 and by 1940 was being chased back across the Channel, having lost most of its heavy equipment at Dunkirk. History also suggests that without American industrial, financial, and eventual military support, the outcome would have looked very different. So perhaps throwing stones from that particular glass house isn’t the wisest move.

Financial of course being loans, not some generous gift, and pretty steeply priced too. " Eventual" it most certainly was. 1942, so 3 long years which perhaps would not have rankled so much if the general attitude and belief then and since by US is that they, and only they, won the whole thing single handed.

To all of our GREAT AMERICAN CITIZENS traveling or living overseas: Please be EXTREMELY CAREFUL! There are many very nasty people out there, including the Radical Left Lunatics and their allies, who are looking to cause trouble for our country because we are winning like never before!

They see our movement, they see that WE ARE MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, and they can’t stand it! These are bad people, very sick people, who want to harm our beloved citizens just because you love your country. Stay alert, stay strong, and stay safe. We will not let them win!

Thankyou for your attention to this matter.

P.S. We are looking very strongly at Greenland! A lot of people are talking about it. The Radical Left and the Fake News Media think it’s a joke, but it’s a BIG deal. Huge strategic value, incredible resources—we’re having it, like it or not! It’s going to be a beautiful addition to our Great Country. MAGA!

Be careful. You may find yourself offered the job as his speech writer.....

I find that weird, unless he had gotten himself into serious trouble abroad previously or something was off about his behavior. All they knew at that point was that he wanted to go to Pattaya and they lost contact with him - in most cases that wouldn't immediately trigger a rescue mission, considering that he was an adult. 99% of youngsters in that situation just have better things to do than keeping mom back home updated.

Of course we now know that his life took a tragic turn, but the fact that his family had no qualms to ask strangers for money before that had been established just bothers me.

They seem to be a very close family. He would usually call his Mum daily.

have you considered that someone drugged you?

I have heard stories from a cop that many years ago, and quite often, there was a scheme where a pawn woman drugs a person of interest, then some guys show up to rob him while he is passed out in the room. Now a days it's harder in the CCTV era.

Sounds exactly like severe heatstroke. People don't realise how bad and dangerous it can be. You can die from it yet it's spoken of lightly as if it's a touch of sunburn.

with a bandage on his arm

From the cannula he would have had in his arm in hospital for the drip. It's the first thing they do as it's then easy to take bloods if/when necessary and to administer medication swiftly. Then just to avoid infection and keep it clean it's covered and bandaged or taped.

What confuses me is this ! Authorities said Mr Kershaw’s reported last known location is believed to have been in the Walking Street area of Pattaya. The report was recorded by Police Lieutenant Kriengkrai Kaewpipob and logged under reference EV70123256903004U.

" Believed to be" is the pertinent phrase here. His family assumed he was in Pattaya so the police report would have reflected that initially.

Yes that fall could have damaged his head, maybe he was feeling better decided to continue the drinking and he just died in his sleep

That sounds by far the most likely explanation. Long flight, heavy drinking straight away, dehydration and a head injury which hadn't been checked out properly because he discharged himself. Even without that just the flight and dehydration ( which would be why they put him on a drip) could have created a blood clot which travelled. DVT is a real possibility as it's likely he was sinking a few drinks on the flight rather than drinking plenty of water. Sad and awful for his family.

    What string pullers?

Trump doesn't have string pullers. That's what separates him apart from previous presidents. He's (trying to) run his own show.

He will attend Davos WEF meeting Jan 19-23rd. He will probably play hardball with them as he is trying to extricate the US from the web of the globalists influence.

The WEF, who have wielded a lot of power over countries, may even collapse because of Trump, according to this.

    https://www.reuters.com/business/davos/davos-begins-new-era-grappling-with-global-order-shaken-by-trump-2026-01-13/

But others say that with the U.S. and China leveraging power to suit national interests, the WEF risks obsolescence.

Oh please. "Run his own show? Extricate the US from the web of the globalists influence?" The man can barely string a sentence together and doesn't even have control of his own bowels. He's a noisy screeching senile vessel of malignant insanity. It's not him planning or directing anything.
