I bet you this is his own blood which did not happen from a motorbike accident but happened during a fight with Mon & Co. trying to safe David who was getting killed. They let him off the hook at that moment (because they knew him & worked in AC bar) but later on changed their mind that it was better to get rid of him.

Sean knows and he posted it on FB trying to save his own life as he knew his last hours had arrived. Who did interview this guy and why was he allowed to leave Thailand?

i'm more inclined to believe Sean was involved in the attack.

He may have held David as he was assaulted, if Sean had David in a headlock while another assailant stabbed him with a push knife Sean's wounds would be a result of the struggle.

Sean was let free after the murders because he helped the 'family' - next morning after son had left the island, they changed their mind - Sean was threatened, and then quickly left island with the international media.,.

No big mystery at all. He was in the company of UK media journalists shortly after the convenience store incident until he left the Island and gave a number of interviews to the UK press. It was later reported by those sources that he had left Thailand safely and gone to his girlfriend in Italy. His sister also confirmed that on Facebook before she shut the page down as advised by the UK FO.

All this nonsense about him being in sinister cahoots with Mon and co to set up gang rapes is complete fantasy concocted out of mindless gossip. The guy is just a very young over dramatic attention seeking spliff smoking musician. Thailand and the cheap backpacking circuit is full of them world over.

ALL friends of the victims would have been advised to keep any evidential statements quiet as their testimony could be highly relevant in obtaining convictions at the correct time. Spewing their guts to media or anywhere else for the titillation and entertainment of a load of ghoulish morons pawing over their friends awful deaths would be of no value to them.

Not sure why you quoted my post. Did I write anything about Sean being sinister?

I posted it because there have been a flurry of posts overnight asking whether he's alive etc etc. His recent web activity suggests he might be. Re the lyrics, I'm a vocalist and part of my job is to analyse lyrics that I have to sing. There could be a message in there, or there might not.

I think a lot of the posts made about him being sinister are imaginitive at best, but then I don't live on the island and nor do I know him. However, I personally think it was an utter disgrace for that Scottish newspaper to print that article about his criminal background which resulted in him being branded a paedo and going silent at what was potentially the most crucial time for him to talk. I suspect it has also played a huge part in fueling this 'Sinister Sean' fire. If anyone would have taken the time to try and understand his conviction before judging him, it would have soon become clear that it was not quite as the paper reported.

Yours was just the last I'd seen at that point in a long line of highly speculative posts about Sean MCanna that's all.

Re the 'paedo' conviction. His sister had also addressed that before the whole page was wiped: According to her he had underage porn content on a computer which he had come across inadvertently and that he would not have accepted the conviction but argued the case if he had realised what a dreadful stain it would place on him ever after. For what it's worth the laws interest in MCanna is probably drug related rather than anything else IMO.

Sean Mcanna is alive with time on his hands to write songs. He uploaded two new songs to his soundcloud four days ago: "Johnny" and "wrong leg, right wing"

People are adding comments to these songs on soundcloud, urging him to issue a full statement.I urge others to do the same thing.

Of course he is. The guy's a self centered idiot. He couldn't wait to get his face in front of the TV and prate on about how well he knew and loved David and what a great guy he was etc. It was an ill timed and tasteless jump on the bandwagon. The victims 'real' close friends were in total shock and suffering and never gave interviews. Sean MCanna may be a creep but he probably isn't dangerous.

However he 'did' get on the wrong side of the bar family for being too talkative and might well have made an excellent scapegoat.

Have a link? I can read on vpn. If I google UK daily I just get the daily mail, that was blocked by Thailand months ago for comments about the monarchy.

We have friends down there and from the begining they said there was a foreigner and Thai's involved. The story go like this. Mr. A is bi sexual and have friend Mr. B which is gay. They come for a romantic holiday but mr. A meets girl C and fall in love. Mr. B is very angry and hire mr. D and E to do help him kill A and C. Maybe it explains only two semen samples, maybe it explains the extreme violence of the crime and maybe it explains the fair hair that was reported to have been in the girls hand (which has now been swept under the carpet called Thai justice). But thats the rumor true or not.

Absolute rubbish. All of that nonsense was excluded long ago. Chris Ware is not gay and David was heterosexual. David and Hannah had never even met before that evening. This ludicrous scenario is straight out of those dreadful TV soaps the Thais can't get enough of. Which in itself points a finger as to how it was dreamed up when the 'law' thought they'd just do their usual careless cover up.

I haven't seen any reports about Sean's whereabout since he left Koh Tao, and i did try to search a few times. But when he left Koh Tao it was reported that he said he was going to Italy to visit his girlfriend.

I wouldn't be surprised if we will never hear from him again, and next thing we will hear about him is that he has gone missing, never to be found.

For what i read, then he only got police protection to the boat from Koh Tao, from then on he would be on his own, which also seem quite strange. Not only should they have detained him for more questioning, but such treats related to a horrifying murder case should be taken seriously, not just put him on a boat and leave it like that, but they might have had him under surveillance and tried to use him a bait.

No Lume he's OK. When he left Koh Tao he got to Bangkok and flew out safely. His sister posted on FB at the time to let people who helped out know he had left Thailand safely and thanked everyone and explained they had been advised by UK gov FO to say no more and clear the page which she then did. All the shared pics etc were wiped then as witness statements would have been made and processed through proper channels. As far as I'm aware that would be the strongly advised management of any relevant witness information regarding UK nationals and is why no statements have been made public from the victims friends and companions.

Legalities and process are handled much more tightly in UK! In fact that's how any half decent investigation should be run.

To be fair all he's trying to do is help keep this case in the wider public awareness. 'Likes' on facebook for the memorial page will keep it more available in searches generally. Must admit I have no clue what the 'like' button actually achieves on TV though.

My wife read something yesterday that mentioned the Police had a witness to the murder and didn't come forward earlier because he/she was afraid for their life.

A few days back, I began to think about everything I've read since this tragedy occurred and felt that their were 3 people involved in these murders...I remembered they spoke of 3 people playing guitar on the beach and then I remembered that one Farang who I will not name, but I'm sure all of you know who it is, plays guitar on the island. He lives on the island and knows all the local Thai's around the bar area etc... I'm sure he does drugs and from what I've read, loves to drink. Since this whole matter started, he has given conflicting stories to the press. It all began when he said that he was supposed to have met David that evening, but he was too hung over and slept in to making statements that his friend David was killed because he went to Hannah's defense against some locals who were harrassing her at the bar and David walked her back to the hotel when the attack occurred. Then you have the story that a bar girl the evening of the murders saw this Farang full of blood and his story was that he was involved in an accident or a fight...how could that be when he was hung over and in bed asleep? I thought of all this and kept thinking...I really believe this guy is involved, but the semen found was of two Asians...so how does he tie into it? Then I heard about the condom and that was the last piece to my puzzle. The Farang used the condom and the two Thai's did not. It sounds stupid, but when you are on drugs and alcohol you do stupid things and from this Farang's movements...two Thai's threatened to kill him etc... I put it that he is not just a once in a while drug user of Ya ba, but he is an addict and he was having anxiety attacks due to the use of drugs and doing something bad that was eating at him and how was he going to cover it up...too many things going on in his head to think straight. He's already a convicted perv from readings in the UK news, so who knows what else he has done that nobody knows about and had chosen to live his life in a tiny island at such a young age. His stories don't check out, but I do believe his life was threatened by these two Thai's that he took pictures of, but not because they were out to make him a patsy, but because the Farang was unstable and the two Thai guys were afraid that he would eventually open his mouth about what happened or contradict himself even more to the point where the Police would eventually realize that he is a prime suspect and during interrogations, he would rat out the two Thai guys...who are the two that he took pictures of and wanted to silence him to cover their own back sides. Then there's the sympathy notes from all the friends, including David's Farang friend on Koh Tao who seemed to be the best heartfelt note I read from all the friends...this tells me that he has deep issues and was so sympathetic and heartfelt because he did something so terrible.

Anyhow...these are just my thoughts and if I'm wrong in every way, I really hope to GOD that the Authorities don't move on my thoughts as they are just thoughts and I'm not the professional...just a bystander with deep sympathy for what happened to these two young souls and wants justice to the "REAL" animals who brought this tragedy to all of our lives. I just can't help but think and try and piece it together...maybe just to settle my emotions from this gruesome act.

How do you explain that the police only found DNA on the outside of the condom and that this DNA belonged to the victim David Miller?

It wasn't DMs. It was HWs. There is information which explains why and also why there was no DNA inside the condom. You can find it in one of my posts if you really want to look but I'm not going to go into it all again on here. It's vile and sickening and the constant graphic nature of such details continue to erode the dignity of the victims.

The killers will be found soon and put into custody. We are 10% away from being 100% done with the investigation. If all society works together we will definitely solve this crime. We are 90% done by solving this crime, thankfully. There are as of today no suspects and most evidence has been corrupted. We have taken the proper steps to ensure that a killer will be arrested by the end of the month we believe. We can now be peaceful with this revelation. Remain vigiliant. From what I understand that was written in Thai, David (victim), his Mum will not pursue the case. She doesn't want to prolong the hurt she and her family have to deal with. She said that she knows David went to Thailand with his gay friend (indicating that David was gay). She doesn't want to rehash what has happened.

There has been a great deal of gossip and rumour put about in Thai media which has subsequently been shown to be nonsense. The claims that David or his friend Chris were gay were some such rubbish that came from the Island initially after the crime when the locals arrested and accused Chris. David had a girlfriend back home. How on earth too would Thai media have obtained an interview with Davids mother? His family have stayed totally away from media releases of any kind.

If the couple had an altercation in the bar with lowlife (does not denote economic status) local male , then this male or males are main suspects. If this event did happen, as has been reported, then this investigation should be 100% complete with DNA evidence.

The couple's friends they were with that night (according to another report) say no altercation took place.

What report please? That would be massively important if so! Anybody? I've seen nothing anywhere that reveals any kind of information or statement from any of their friends and companions that night.

Reading that new information about the condom and DNA has made me physically gag. It pulls together some other loose ends and to me is all too blindingly obvious what it means. One of the most hideous aspects of this in many ways has been the disrespect of the female victim even in death. I don't know how to write this without graphics.

There has been always this suggestion that the two victims had or were having or going to have sex yet what is known about them does not support that.

It always looked as if there was an attempt to stage that scene: David undressed yet Hannah not but with clothing disarranged.

Vile release of graphic information said the female victim was brutalised vaginally 'after' death. Suggestions that there was an aspect of necraphilia but that also doesn't sit well. Rape is more about power and cruelty than sex. Rapists want their victims to know what is happening. Hannah was alive when she was raped then her body abused after being killed.

The condom on a hoe handle was very likely used to attempt to make this look like the victims had sex on the beach. Perhaps initially there was going to be some aspect of that which supported the cover up. Certainly the Thai police and locals have gone on and on about it but it never made sense.

Even the foul notice put up in that rotten bar AC recently is still trying to reinforce this story that they left that bar together to have 'sex on the beach'. Why that red herring? What really happened that is so important to draw attention away from?

Please help me to understand what benefit there is in taking the time to DNA test a person that can prove he was 800 kms from the crime?

There are two sons involved, my understanding is that one of the sons never came to the island , he was living in BKK where he studies at a university. He was also found on cctv footage when he walked into his condo the same night as the murder took place . So no DNA test was asked for. The other son is still on the run .
