If it helps any, the lab bill for my most recent thyroid related blood tests at Bumrungrad was THB 9,000, that was for a bi annual check of thyroid tumors.
Yes, that helps alot! Thanks!

HI Sheryl, yes, it is for thyroid as well as some other hormone abnormalities. I have labworks from a few months ago, but don't know if they will want to do new ones or not? How much are the lab tests there, as my last set was over 6,000THB.

Thanks...so I can just make an appointment directly with the Endocrinologist. So, does anybody have recommendations for the Pattaya area, or Bumungrad?
-
Hi, I'm in Pattaya and I need a recommendation for and Endocrinologist. Pattaya International or Pattaya Memorial Hospitals if possible, but I have seen some of the doctors mentioned from Bumungrad, and am willing to travel there as well. Does this work like it does in the US where you have to get a referral from a GP before the specialist will see you? Do I need to bring my own labwork or do they like to do their own?

What's the difference between the Official Garmin maps and the maps you can buy in Pantip? I can get a Nuvi 1450LMT for about 5,000THB and the official Garmin SEA map for another 3,000THB. It has Lane Assist and Junction View built in.
What I mean is, other than that it will have the NA and SEA maps on it...is there any significant difference between the 1450 for 8,000THB and the Thai version 1460 with only Thai map for 10,000THB?

I made the switch to 3bb as well about 6 months ago. First 4 months were great with hi speeds, but the last 2 months have been lo speeds with many drops and disconnects.

The agent at the check in desk took my stapled card out of my passport once. Didn't realize until I got to immigration that she had kept it.
