  1. Yeah its a funny one.... alcohol at really high prices is a true off to tourists aka Singapore but lower priced alcohol is not so much of a turn on
  2. I think any insurance company when you talking about medical repatriation is complex to deal with....insurance companies generally are not always the most proactive in wanting to oblige by the terms of the policy.. hope the guy recovers as best he can and full marks for having the insurance in place for his trip
  3. OK similar circumstances .... fact that you are on Warfarin indicates its not a heart valve problem causing the AFIB.. perhaps consider ablation... worked for me ... I was on Xarelto as well ( never Warfarin) and now graduated to 80mg Aspirin per day . generics are fine ....Xarelto bought here in TH is fine , its made under license from Bayer AG. Xarelto from India I dont know about . Xarelto really really works.. had a small shaving cut when I was on it and blood spurted about 1 foot to the mirror and took hours to stop bleeding .....From what you have stated re Warfarin I would seriously talk to Dr about ablation to quell the electrical activity ( no side effects for me) or just get on the Xarelto.... one word of warning however my heart specialist was horrified I was motorbike riding while on Xarelto. said one minor arterial wound and you would bleed out so if you part time passion is juggling chain saws you might want to consider that
