its that, at least in my case, i know already they dont feel like giving me extension, they just stall by asking ever more proof until times up and i have to leave and apply for another visa,

so i need to boot up with USB,

and then also have the norton tools so i can reinstall

my mirror image,

and i dont know how to create both (USB boot + norton tools)

on a USB stick

You need to use a small utility to  to transfer the .iso to the usb and make it bootable .

Suggest Rufus ( https://rufus.akeo.ie/ ) I, personally use the portable version.
