The vaccine is not recommended for persons younger than 18 years of age, pending the results of further studies in that age group. Countries can refer to the WHO Prioritization Roadmap and the WHO Values Framework as guidance for their prioritization of target groups. This was posted 10/5/21 . It doesnt seem like the Government cares to much about the children if they just go ahead with the vaccinations using this vaccine .

With that much damage i would say that speed was the major factor and not so much the lighting unless he didn't have the headlights on .

It doesn't look to me anyway that anyone in the group believes what is being said just from their body language and especially the eyes and bowed head IMO .

It is not effective at only 13.8% against the Delta Variant .
