The earliest date to apply for a new non-o visa in Savannakhet is 30 days before the old one ends, right?!?

Have to make a 90 day run on the 5th of April, but would then apply directly for a new one, due to my actual non O ends on 30th of April.

So all I can tell is, it's a real estate business, no time share, no condo units to buy, .....

The investor only finances the project and gets his return. Sometimes in 6 month, sometimes in 12. (this will be clear before investing)

It depends on the project size. We don't do any magic and our clients are to 99.99% Thais.

I do know, that there are lots of scammers around the world, especially in Thailand.

BUT this doesn't mean, everyone with a good offer is one of them. I hear this everyday and it makes life complicated.

Thailand's railings are often only 70-80 cm high.

It' easy to fall over.

check some old buildings. The newer buildings have usually higher railings.

Also I've seen balconys and / or balcony railings faling apart.

Confirm that it's not one of the neutered models that was sold in LOS 4-5 years ago (after dealing with many angry buyers, Kawi dropped it from the Thailand line-up).

think you may have your figures mixed up can't ser s 2008 model having 201 bhp

 

 

My 2006 had 182 with Ram Air, the ZX10R 2008 has 200 with Ram Air / 188 without max power.

(Not on the wheel)

I just looked at the Kawasaki Site, and 629000 is for the Ninja 1000 which is NOT the ZX10R Model.

 

On the left is the Thai Standard Ninja, The white one is the zx10R.

Hello, I 'm lookinf for a Kawasaki ZX10R to buy new or newish in Isan. I think the guy in Udon Thani does NOT sell imported bikes.

As far I know, there are only he 1000cc Ninjas available.

 

In Khon Kaen the same I guess.

 

If I can't get it in Isa, where in Bangkok do I get the Bike?

I found only Siam Big Bike. Are they good? Any experience with them?

I can confirm this info.

Went in 3 days ago with a friend.

He had 2 little overstays before and always comes in for a 30day stamp.

He travels a lot and usually doesn't stay more than 30 days.

He had to argue for 30 minutes with 3 different officers. Due to his perfect Thai language skills,

and the last officer lives/ comes from the same Thai city (so they had a lovely conversation how good gher hometown is ),

he got ONE LAST entrance. He's going to get a new passport now, this should help.

A thai teacher might start with 8000 baht, but it goes up over the years. Some teachers in my school earn 60-70000 a month (50years and above)

Also there is the insurence and they get retirement money after. So the 200000 make totally sense
