Call me common……..No please knock your self out! But poofing, to me is a game played with coins, for rounds of drinks, or shorts....(the drink) and I think this is a great game. I love it but If this is referring to a club……….I just looked at the web-site………………..Things have moved on since I played. Great drinking game, but a club?

How the Hell did you ever stay sober enough to start a club….and call yourself gentleman. Your not doing it right mate!

We are not a club. We are a spoofing school, oldest in Asia.

The British Club hosts our school but we are not a section of the club. Non British Club members are invited to participate and do so each week.

Also, there is no poofing during spoofing. You would definitely be fined for that.

I fear my London connections in recent years makes me more of a spiv. I am however a successful spiver....does that make me eligible....oh I'm a bachelor too so up for any parties...but only the US variety. What ever those might entail....

I wonder is there a test involved...or can anyone joimn the club? I mean who wants to join if every member is invited....surely there is a vetting procedure....oh and do they have strawberry bonbons? I can never find those in Bangkok....

I used to work at Bangkok City Tower. Not many good restaurants there and the traffic on Sathorn and Naratiwat is horrible. Also, Sathorn is a bitch to cross.

When I first considered moving to Bangkok in 2004 or 05, I looked at the condos at Sathorn Baan Chaopraya in Thonburi just accross from the Taksin pier. The building was empty and there was some legal notic on the door. The apartments were shell and the views were OK but I decided not to buy. Sincer then I've seen them occasionally come up for sale in blocks, still not finished. Today there is an ad in the BAngkok Post with many apartmens there auction end of this month. How long does it take to see apartments in this town? Anyone know the story there?
