I believe that the only tax is the police tax if you are caught, trouble is if you are caught you have to pay this whether you won the bet or lost, I do believe there is a way that if you pay the police in advance of each bet ie a monthly fee it does work out a lot cheaper, anyway good luck

Well it was sold to the galfriend as a shitzu all i know is that it is some japanese dog, anyway as long as she thinks its a shitzu she is happy, and if it stops bringing home dead animals i will be happy

stroll some of us are not aussies, we like to shower and bathe,.

as for thai attire, if you do not know what that is you really should spend some time looking around, you will see lots of thais in it.

as for the thai law of wearing underpants i am sure a member of so many posts as yours stroll know that it is infact against the law to go out in public not wearing underwear, i am sure that you know this stroll, obviousily if you do not know this then we would question your apptittude on walking and chewing gum at the same time...

I apologise for being one of these poor misguided Farang and am deeply sorry if I have ever embarassed you.

Have you ever stopped to consider why the locals wear certain attire? It could be that they are more comfortable in the climate. I often wear cool local clothing as it can make the hottest times more tolerable and I do not consider that I look any more stupid than the bulk of Farang who wear the typical T shirt and shorts!

buy from a shop and you"ll get a reconditoned machine  _ maybe even an unused older model dumped on the market

I have been drunk and driven for the last 25 years, ie drunk and over the host countries limit, this has probably been 5 nights per week for the last 25 years, I have never been stopped while drunk nor have I been in an accident, Is this wrong? Yes it is, should i carry on doing it? NO, but I will, a lot about driving comes down to driving skills and speed of reactions, 95 percent of people may have passed their test but lack in proper driving skills.

Now a policeman in the UK has to pass what is equivelant to an advanced driving test just to drive a police car, ie the old Pandas, they will then be classed as a class 3 driver, this class goes down to class one when they can be considered a police pursuit driver, this takes many months of lessons, first you have to loose all your bad habits, the test involves driving like 200 miles and being able to answer the examiner what was the last sign you passed and what colour is the car behind you, thats without looking in the mirror.

anyway onto alchohol, my favourite subject, this will slow down your reactions one ###### of a lot and will also cause you to take chances that you wouldnt take if you were sober, so basically it comes down to knowing your own limits, the car you are driving limits and your own reaction times, as you get older these slow down a lot.

ps. only drink at the traffic lights as it is really dangerous to drink and drive at the same time

I would like to but I fear I've been spotted coz as you rightly say I'm only seen in the bars where I can get a free dinner, and one by one they're barring me. 

Tonight as luck would have it theres a place in soi lucky star (a bit out of my price range but nevertheless worth a try) that is having a Loy Krathong party and they have draught beer until 10pm at only 30bht  AND a free buffet  Waheyyy.

Cheap beer and free food.

Pop in for a beer and i'll stick an extra 10 bht on each beer you buy so i can afford to shop in Foodland.
