  1. Based on the picture of the boy who was beat up, his wounds doesn't look that bad. Description makes it sound worse than it really is. Yes its consistent of being punch hard with broken teeth, but not being pummeled to near death as the description claim. "Gum graph, bone graph" description sounds pretty bad, but its a pretty routine procedure for folks who need dental implants.

He was punched with a glass ashtray.
  2. BTW, when did the UDD ever have any support in Pattani? It is hardly Redshirt country is it?

Led by former Labour Minister Dr Prasong Buranapong, they did declare a Red Shirt Village in Trang province last Thursday (November 1)

and they have also declared Villages in the troubled Deep South provinces of Yala, Pattani and Narathiwat,

though opponents say that only a handful of houses in those villages have openly declared support by hanging out red flags. -

  3. SuratThani is a stronghold of the Yellow Shirts and Democrat Party. But, im quite shure this has absolute nothing to do with Red Shirts,

some leaders comes from the Upper South.

I afraid that it could be an outspread from the Deep South or maybe, 'just" Provincial Mafia.

It just happened on the 5 years anniversary of the 2010 crackdown on the reds in BKK.

    Coincidence, don't believe so.

  4. Bad move.

They were not committing a crime, they were offering a service that Thais can't offer.

    They were taking nobody's job.

Just another excuse to say how bad these foreigners are..................

I know, you can't work without a WP, but at this instance they were harming nobody.

    OK, not harming anyone.

So if I open a company that offers the same service but pay 50.000 / month , work permits, social , taxes.

Then this company turns up with the same service but does it illegally and can therefor undercut me, they are not harming anyone?

  5. Didn't expose much.

What about the police dealing dope then arresting the poor <deleted> that bought it, then using a fake lawyer in the police station to scare the crap out of him and squeeze as much cash as possible. Then of course taking the same dope back out there and beginning the process again with the next unlucky kid.

Entrapment is legal in Thailand, has been going on for ages in all of Thailand.

Do not buy drugs from anyone, could be a police

  6. Ex-Democrat MP sentenced to death

Perhaps it might finally put to death the repeated claims that Democrats are never held accountable by the courts, but, probably, it won't

    .

and finally put to rest the repeated claims that the Democrats are the good guys and protectors of democracy.

The case itself has no political affiliations - it was a "dispute" over a woman which Khanchit Thapsuwan decided was best resolved by murdering his "rival".

However, at the time, abhisit did reveal that the police had made a request of the House Speaker seeking permission to question Thapsuwan. The "ever decisive" abhisit didn't have the guts to agree for that to happen, even though his MP had been accused of premeditated murder, and said that it was up to parliament to decide.

Meanwhile the dems lawyer, MP Niphit Intharasombat argued that Thapsuwan should be allowed to remain an MP sitting in parliament with his fellow dem MP's until the court case was finalised - and that was what happened, as abhisit obviously didn't see anything wrong with having an accused (and now proven) murderer (with eyewitnesses and video evidence - despite what TeamKorn were to reiterate at the time*) as a still serving member of his political party, not even a whiff of a suspension from duties........................

Then Korn Chaticavanij got into the act of trying to make political capital out of it on the risible TeamKorn facebook page*

Today, Team-Korn would like to share some interesting observations made by Komchadluek newspaper yesterday regarding Democrat MP Khanchit Thapsuwan's alleged involvement in the murder of Samut Sakhon Provincial Administration Organisation president Udon Kraiwatnussorn.

    - The only eyewitness testimony came from the victim's driver.

    - Do the police actually have enough hard evidence in linking the murder of Khun Udon to MP Khanchit Thapsuwan and the Democrat Party? Or was the call politically motivated?

    - In a similar case, why has the police not linked the murder of Chutidet Suwannakerd (Democrat Party canvasser in Don Muang murdered in early December 2011) to any political parties?

    https://www.facebook.com/teamkornENG/posts/300943893274923

Neither abhisit nor Korn came out of this with any kind of dignity...............................coffee1.gif

That makes 3-0 in death sentences Democrats vs Thaksin.

  7. He said the total loss had already included the rotting rice stocks

which was estimated at 30 billion baht.< Quote

According to the general 90% of the stock was rotten at a estimated value at 300 billion baht!!

Someone is not telling the truth!! Wonder who and why?? (rethorical question)whistling.gif

He never said that, stop twisting facts so they fit your red manual.

On Tuesday, Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha revealed the outcome of a nationwide rice audit led by ML Panadda Diskul, permanent secretary for the Prime Minister’s Office, that reported only 10% of the 18 million tonnes of rice was of good quality.

“The report shows 70% of the rice is tainted with a yellow colour, while the rest is in bad condition and not edible and should only be allocated for ethanol production,” said Gen Prayut.

For your question, you are not telling the truth.

  8. Why should they travel here and use so much power to visit us.

It should be like a child burning ant with a magnifying glass.

If you have meet aliens, then it's 1000% more chance they are time travelers.

That should use about one thousand of the energy to travel top nearest star.

So, do you believe in time travel?

I do, I do it every day. wink.png

  9. There doesn't appear to be a solid case against the rwo Burmese suspects. No way would they keep returning the file otherwise. This case has me torn. My hunch is that the two Burmese lads are innocent, but if their sperm is in/on Hannah then it has to raise doubts. Massive doubts. If it is sperm from the accussed, we haven't heard them saying the RTP extracted it from them have we?

I think what people need to know is the type of DNA found. Was it 'touch DNA' or sperm/skin inside Hannah's fingernails etc.Sharing a cigarrette doesn't prove much, unless the suspects denied ever sitting with her on the beach. I would smell a rat if that was the case.

One thing I will say is this...the person or persons that raped Hannah was also the killer (or one of the killers). Some (unbelievably) seem to be in denail about that. Sure, it's possible, but pretty damn unlikely.

You do realize that the two men got DNA tested twice.

First with the big roundup with Burmese they were cleared.
