  1. My wife loves "smokies" from Scotland and I have brought her some in the past as well as other things. I know salami's are not allowed. Buit is fish? My fishmonger vaccuum seals them for me to carry in suitcase.
  2. Its indeed prepaid I just ensured that balance is well below the top up level and I stopped the internet service, which had 1 day to run as I boarded my flight. Code is here: https://www3.truecorp.co.th/truemoveh/selfservice/prepaid?ln=en I will then re enable the internet when I am back in Thailand and check the balance and top up if required
  3. I signed up for a 30 True Internet package for 30 days using a code from this page, https://topping.truemoveh.com/ I just sent a code for it. It was as good deal. But it says it auto renews. I do not want that as I will be out the country. How can I stop the package or cancel so it will not auto renew?
  4. Any idea if this has resumed yet? Looking to use it on the 31st of this month.
  5. No they do not I just did the quote for a 60 year old and got a quote of 650 baht.
  6. Use jairoo then https://insure.roojai.com/quote/#/covid-inbound-travel
  7. Rubbish I came to Thailand on the 2nd of May. My UK bought travel insurance covers me for 10 million US Dollars. This was accepted for the Thailand Pass. If you do not know, do not write rubbish.
  8. I moved here in 2003 and used IPstar then from Loxinfo when it was on the Thaicom satelitte, I then moved to TOT when they offered it in 2005 and a dedicated satellite was launched. https://www.thaicom.net/ipstar-the-worlds-first-high-throughput-satellite-celebrates-15-years-of-excellence/ Cost 10K a month then but allowed me to run online business and open internet cafe business in Issan. Shooting games were out as the ping is slow but speeds then were good I presume Tot still offer it, youd need to ask at a local office
  9. Were the ones in Makro frozen also?
  10. The supermarkets in the UK sell pastry pre made, in ready to use rolls. Has anyone come across them here?
  11. Crossy How long did you leave the boxes up for? A few weeks?
  12. I can see one of the packets is the termite bate is the other the stuff that eventually does the damage? Did it come with a box or did you just buy one elsewhere? Thanks in advance
  13. Hi Crossy Did you use this in the foam form or as a powder?
  14. In the last few years I have had to replace all wooden door frames in the house with plastic wood, as the termites were eating all of them. Now I see they are starting to eat the main doors too. In the past I used "Chainrite" on beams and they are fine. Does anyone have any other recommendations for something similar that can be painted on?
