  1. I got e-visa, paid 40$ total. And that's it. Arrived at Pot Pet border. Departed from Thai side, passed Cambodia arrival counter without Visa sticker.

Bought 1 water and after 5 minutes passed through departure Cambodia side. Written arrival card, passed Thai counter and entered Thailand.

    Got 90 days stamp.

There is no need to pay anything and no need to go by bus, walking all the way.

    I hope this helps someone.

  2. Guys, i have found this on internet, Cambodia E-visa:

"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has launched e-Visa, which enables you to apply for a Cambodia tourist visa online. Instead of applying through Cambodian Embassy, all you need to do is to complete the online application form and pay with your credit card. After receiving your Visa through email, print it out and bring it along when you travel to Cambodia."

If this is true then this is awesome!

I will look for more info.

  3. I have non O multiple 1 year and have to go out before 18 April.

Question is, since I live in Korat, where should I go to get stamp for another 90 day and what to expect on border?

What is the procedure, can I get stamp and after 1 minute go on entrance side or I need to enter Cambodia ?

I never done this so I appreciate the answers.

    Thanks in advance.

  4. Don't waste time if you don't have 400k.

    Nonsense.

Savannakhet does not ask for financial proof. There have been many many reports of this and several of them have been since you got your visa.

I'm not sure where I said that one needs 400k.

What I meant is that if someone don't have 400k then should not waste time and try to borrow, loan etc. but go in Savannakhet consulate and get visa with 9000 thb total expenses.

The subject was about getting a visa in Savannakhet and I quoted the first line of you post. Which was then followed by info on your trip to get one. To me and I think most other people it appeared you were saying not to waste your time going there unless you had 400k.

    Sorry about that.

Anyway, multiple entry non O is available and still cheap alternative. Much better than begging someone to borrow money.

  6. Don't waste time if you don't have 400k.

I was there in January and got multiple entry non O for 5000 thb.

Trip from Korat and back, hotel, E20 for my car roughly 850km, food and other expenses with 1500 thb Laos visa, only 9000 thb with 5000 thb Thai visa.

It is 2 days trip is little hard for all that but it can be done.

If you want, you can stay 2-3 days there and look around.

    Hope this helps.

  7. In my country we have "Kuna", 1 is roughly 5 THB.

Before 20 years 1 L of diesel was kuna before 5 years near 11 kuna.

If price of oil go up 10%, price at pumps go up 10%, if price of oil go down 10% price on pumps go 1-2%.

So now we have roughly 10 kuna for 1L of diesel.

Do you all remember when E20 was 25THB? Not log ago was near 37THB ! Now is 31-32THB

I'm not expert but some things defy logic.

  8. I really wish you good luck with this sale but I highly doubt it. Finding someone that actually needs that monitor next to impossible. He will probably spend little more to buy now one because if he have 80k for monitor I'm 100% sure that he will have monster of PC for at least 100k.

People like that don't spend time to look second hand stuff to save few $.

  9. My wife have land 100 meter from lake on the west side. On the east side, road is completed with houses and building.

On west side there is still dirt road and we don't know anything about future plans for that road.

How to find land owner next to her land? Can general public get that information from land office or somewhere else?

We are interested to sell land but because her land is only 160m2 want to connect lands and sell as one.

I believe that both owners can benefit from that if neighbor also want to sell.

One more thing. Her land is 50 meter from concrete road. How much will be to build road to her land?

Thank you in advance for answers.
