if it's a marriage visa ---- there are no problems!!! as you are married to a Thai citizen; should any criminal acts occur; they will look for you on your address -if you are no longer there then they will go to your spouse!!!! unlike retirement there is no one to go to if you did a criminal act!!! once renewing my marriage visa I had to get a letter from the school my son was studying to say he was studying there!!! Apart from the pics of my whole 2 bed condo!!! I got mad that I took a pic of the bed I use for sex!!!   I was married once but now on a retirement visa!!! 

then a medical tourist visa... just saying

Yes you will be refused and deported as one of my friends was... it is all their data files... Border checkpoints I don't know... if their computers are connected to the main Thai immigration servers... if it is you will be denied entry. Sorry

There is a Buddhist law that Thailand, Sir Lanka and Burma all have --- they go next of kin (name on the house) ... BUT if the owner is a foreigner, his blood needs to claim it legally, if no one shows up, then goes to the citizen of the country... no 2 ways about it!!!

The Sky Train aka BTS is the most expensive mode of transport!!! with the the new line and new extensions can you imagine what the fares could be???? even now from Morchit to Bangna is like 65 Bahts???? If they have a tax and other concessions they should be in the hands of the state or BMA! It is only fair as they haven not accepted or paid the full costs and taxes. The only thing is that again the BIG CORPS have again had their way by buying whatever, whoever decides all these decisions... whatever committee that is hahaha... business as usual in the land of smiles --- where everyone gets what they want!!!!

100 Baht per one way trip??!!!???!!!!?????!?!?!?!??! REALLY???!!!?!?!?!? so a 2 way trip will cost per person Baht 200, if 3 people are going then wouldn't it be better to just get as taxi!!!!!!??????

For all for those who are ignorant, (I am not a Thai) but look on Google for catholic Schools in Thailand!!!! And FYI the elite ( 1%) send their children to these schools!!!! duh masterbrains!!!! They may not be Catholic but they --- the people who matter like the 1% know who is and what is what!!!! didn't the smart US Deputy Secretary of State say that Thailand is now democracy!!??!!??!!!???!!!!?????? It's all a game like the they say in Spanish --- "Calma"

The main issue here is that most westerners from the states and EU with the exception of the Nordic folk, can't seem to get girlfriends or life partners in their own country for themselves!!! Since those countries are DEVELOPED countries I mean not only on living standard and etc... it just so happens that the women are all --- let's say the about 50% are also DEVELOPED fully in most aspects of life!!! so most farang men cannot seem to be able to maintain a real relationship with these women... they have to give a lot back to these women; respect, dignity, understanding!!! etc... but here in the not so developed country it is not like that!!! Just show a bit of green and the women are become sycophants...  yes master, yes my love...etc. And another fact; the Thai language has 5 tones - so whenever they speak it is like from the Greek myths ---Sirens or it is like a song.... and most males whose language has about 3-4 tones just fall in love instantly!!! 

Anyway the farangs can't seem to get enough of these type of women until everything has been ripped of them, then they will post these sad sad stories... But if you get in a relationship with a educated Thai women and has studied abroad or attended international schools who speak beautiful English, then the story becomes totally different... they are like farang women!!! which the farang males cannot tolerate!!!! Sorry the TRUTH is the TRUTH!!! 

It is situations like this that we have all the restrictions for retirement visas... and it will be tighter and stricter in the future... due to incidents like these... always the farangs!!!

He probably thought he was really smart --- even had everything in English!!!!

Are they going to have 2 payment standards as they do normally for foreigners and locals????

I used get regularly notifications from your website on Lina and on my PC I have a Line app as well as on my smartphone. I also get as email also. Noe I get email but nothing on the line app for both PC and Smartphone… I checked my line app and notifications settings and it is on. But there has been nothing since June 4th, 2019. I now have to go to your website and check before on both PC and smartphone; I would get notifications as soon as some new news came on. Please help me out I rely on your app for all local news as you know I am not a Thai, thank you
