I have used this service every 2 weeks since mid June this year (2 stamps Cambodia +2 Thai), until my last time, where I had to get a full page visa (stapled in to passport), I went to Poi Pet. I have never had any probs waiting to get into Cambodia and have never waited more than 10-15 mins and the same coming out of Cambodia. Getting into Thailand has always been a longer wait but if you go early, I mean real early, I get the 1st bus there from BKK 03:30 @ Mochit gets me there about 07:30 and I catch the next bus back to BKK @ 10:00.

My advise to you would be to look into jobs and do the visa through Hull online. If you go down the job route you will need a lot of paper work from the employer. Back in 2010 I was offered a teaching position at a school and went back home to the UK to apply for my 12 month, multi entry Non-B, just type thai consulate hull into google.

Hi, last year I had to send my passport for renewal, Hong Kong, when I sent it it was a little late getting it back. My Non-B was due to run out the following week so I went to speak to the immigration office, having been dealing with them for over 12 months, they called their superior and because of where I was working, one of the largest schools in the area, I was told to report back the moment my new passport arrived or next open day. I got my passport the following Saturday and reported on the Monday and the transferred my visa across to the new passport and charged me 200 Baht. As for the lose of your passport I would have also gone and spoken to the officers at immigration and explained all the details and shown that you have sent for a replacement passport.
