Pre-pandemic, employment was 158.7 million.  When Biden was inaugurated, it was 149.8M.  Today, it's 161.5M. 

 

8.9M Covid jobs came back (158.7 - 149.8), out of the 11.7M jobs that Biden claims to have added (161.5 - 149.8).  Meaning Biden only added 2.8M new jobs (161.5 - 158.7).  The vast majority of them (76%) are just Covid jobs coming back.  And that was my claim.

 

To make it worse, that's all jobs, part and full time.  It's worse for full time jobs.  And devastating for American born workers, who have gained no jobs since Mid 2022.

 

Not to mention, he's added somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 million "newcomer" workers.  But only 2.8M new jobs.  Yet, they claim unemployment is down?  That must be the new math.

Clearly you are misinformed. Only people that are not working, are actively looking for work, and that are available for work are considered unemployed. To be considered available for work you have to have a US social security number, or a US taxpayer ID. 

Realistically, the only people actually counted as officially unemployed, are people collecting unemployment benefits.
