I think the 3 tiger for 129 is gone, but they have Asahi, Leo, and Heineken. As a farang, a 10% tip makes me a vip, even though they are tip sharing. Very nice people, too few farangs for most, but it can also be a great place to bring a few first timers. Good college ambiance, but plenty of older folks. English Menu.....Accurate billing........Some decent street food can be brought in, and they will bring it to your seat. Parking is a beach, but if you're going to beer promo, might be a good idea to walk......just down the street from grace dental.

Chiang mai saloon old city I think is 95 bahts but no music.

Yellow bar is 120 and I like there but I go almost everyday.

Wararot market has a lot of lanna dishes, I have tried more than 20 in all CM and up north(chiang dao, chai prakan, Fang) and I can eat that kind of food but cannot say: ROCKS!!

Northern "lanna" food sucks!!! Khao soi is ok but northern cuisine is much more than that.

Pork brain in banana leaf, pork fat stew with a strange egg, lots of strange and untasty vegetables... Etc...

The fish of many sushi restaurants in Japan is fresh, but they frozen it for 3-4 days and then make sushi, sashimi or whatever.

Ok I want red tuna, fresh but frozen(2-4 days), I used to make a kind of tataki, cut it in cubes and marinated in soy sauce, lime, little bit of olive oil and sesame oil, afterwards, Can use it on salads with avocado and a little bit of parmesan!! Yummyyyy!!

But I never bought tuna in CM, thats why Im asking.

When you listen a motorbike with music, stop it, and order one or two. Otherwise, head up to tesco or Rimping and you will find it there.

The problem of chiang mai is that many foreigners hang out around the old city, however Chiang mai is much more than that.

To be honest, the nightlife in CM is poor quality, the best clubs in city are Infinity and warm up, apart from that the clubs are bullshit. ie spicy or hot shots.

Mae tang plenty of elephants and the thais love then, you can take a plane and go to koh samui or phuket, many thais havent seen the beach.

Riverview restaurants are nice.

Pai is very popular and plenty of beautiful places.

You can go to chiang rai also.

Cant beat Chiang Mai! Mountains, markets, people, food, safety, cheap, swimming pools, ladies, weather... The only thing is the nightlife could be better but is OK.

Are you crazy??? Some people think the americans invented the world!! And the burrito as well but they didnt, to make a very tasty burrito the secrect is the quality of the ingredients. Isnt a 3* michelin recipe hehe think that many thais can do it hehe and pretty well!

The mexican burrito and californian are quite different, however isnt a very popular dish in mexico, such as mole, albondigas, enchilada o carnitas.

We are talking about where is the best burrito in chiang mai and I think is at diablo, I dont like the name because means devil.... Anyway the food is great!!

Best burritos at Diablo!! And quesadillas arent bad... Everything has cheese in Thailand is a waste of time and money as well, however, the quesadilla was alright.
