  1. I am actually a Non-O visa that is gonna be finish soon; I read that people who are doing visa-run using their Non-O visa to Cambodia get a "fine" or troubles doing this and paying a bribe to the visa agency ? Now my Non-O 90 days (thai child) days will be expired in few days, doing a visa-run at Nong Khai - Lao border will work to get 60 days stamp visa exemption?
  2. I have a Non-O visa 90 days (parent of thai child) I had to leave Thailand and I did a Re-Entry Permit on it. I will be back to Thailand in few days - I did this Re-Entry Permit as I think it may help me to avoid a denied entrance in the Kingdom- as I was questioned previously. There is a questions : Even being on the re-entry permit of a Non-O visa can the IO deny my entry just because I spent alot of the times before in Thailand/ or because the remaining days is too short and make it to suspect for the eyes of the IO ? Can it happen the IO propose me to void my Re-Entry permit and give me the visa exemption of 30 days ? But I don't dare to ask it first to the IO. I rather get 6 days and do a land visa run that being sent back to my destination in Europe
  3. By the way I would like to add a crucial information, from 2023 experience with my METV (Multi-Entry Tourist Visa) When I had METV in 2023, and I did a crossing from Laos to Nong Khai to start my 1st entry on METV (I received the METV when I arrived in Thailand already as I entered on visa exempt, and 15 days later I received on my email the METV) So, I went to Laos FB1 & go back to Nong Khai, in the minute, I put my E-Visa Paper on the desk, but the IO, didn't look at it almost ! and he stamped me right away the TR60 stamp on my passport, so after this, I though he just see my visa on the database as I guess it's linked directly with the data of the passport, & the visa. But what is more amazing, is when I used to use the another entries of my METV by arriving in SVB airport on the next times, the IO always looking and reading the E-Visa paper carefully, & scan the QR code included in the visa paper on his machine.. which it was pretty different than the land border crossing. So for me it's really wondering how their system work.. Just a supposition, maybe he look the number of the visa on the TM6 form.. and put this on his database and find out the visa. (while crossing on land border in FB1) Also entered once this year in SVB on visa exempt, the IO, asked me, do you have visa ? I said no.. he said, what are you doing in Thailand ? I said just travel around Asia, then looked my stamp for a minutes, & finally stamped out for 30 days.
  4. They said it gonna take 5 weeks to receive the visa in the website, but I received it in 1 week!
  5. I already applied for a Non-O visa, using the E-Visa system, & received sucessfully my single Non-O visa by e-mail, but I would like to enter in Thailand soon using the visa-exempt entry for a week (and don't show the Non-O visa at the IO), & going to Philippines for a month & then re-come back to Thailand, and use my Non-O visa at this time, is it technically possible, or the IO may reject my next entry with the visa saying you should use it before, now it's too late to use it... (even if the visa isn't used and not yet expired) I know there is a possibility to use the Re-Entry Permit, but I am gonna lose alot of days.
