It the own fault of Thailand. This Tuktuk are mostly scam. I know for over 25 years. The S Korean youtuber's only react to an action. If the government would have fone a proper crackdown on these ongoing TukTuk Scammers, then there would be a different reaction. Thailand wake up!! Crackdown these Tultuk scammers who are the real bad guys who damage your reputation.

The reason is very simple. Thailand only strlctly enforces laws against foreigners. When it come to the own people, they are not really straight. If they would enforce the traffic laws strictly, then the traffic fatallties would be less. E g. Look at all the motorcylists. Always counterfloor driving, always on the sidewalk, only a few wear a helmet. Cars always speeding and cross double lines. If they would have traffic cameras which automaticly send a ticket, they they would drive more carefully. The best would be, if Thailand established a traffic law as in Danmark. The have an "idiotic driving" law. If the tempo limit if more than the double... The car will be confiscated right away. Thailand will never improve.
