Is obtaining a usufruct in Hua Hin for my gfs new house doable?
Hi Im about to buy a home in Hua Hin for my long term gf and myself but I want to have a usufruct so that I am relatively protected. I read somewhere that its best to have this additional information printed out and added to the chanote on the day we buy. Estate Agent suggests it might be difficult due to the crackdown on nominees. He suggests I buy the house and come back another day to do the usufruct (without him). This doesnt sound beneficial to me. Does anyone have any advice or experience to offer as to what would be the best way forward Thank you Mono

Electric Vehicles in Thailand
I am tempted by the Geely EX5 Max at 849.000 baht and the cheaper LeapMotor B10 Design - has anyone had a test drive or bought either of these models? Or has anyone come across a good comparison video?? Im hoping that the motor show will give me more incentive to invest in one of these models

I only ask because Im stuck between choosing the Jaecoo J5 and the Geely EX5 Max model but that 200,000 baht difference makes me think if its good value for money or whether there are better options to consider. Knowledge is good to have whilst I am waiting on the next motor show, then I will make my final decision

Where can I buy genuine Restoria hair cream
Having been a long time user of Restoria I now find that the online shopping apps are now flooded with cheap fakes that do not work. The real version has thai writing on the front of the label but the local supermarkets in Ranong no longer stock it. Can anyone point me in the right direction to buy some online or tell me what places stock it in Hua Hin Many Thanks

I really liked the Jaecoo J5, especially when it was 599,000, a real bargain but now thats its 649,000 the appeal is wearing off. Now I like and prefer the Geely EX5 Max, especially since its been reduced to 849,000. But does it justify the 200,000 baht difference?

I have narrowed down my search but still cant decide which EV car I want to buy or whether I should consider hybrids as well. The choices I have are set around the 699,000 to 849,000 and include the Jaecoo J5, the Deepal S05, the Geely EX5 and the DFSK E5plus. Does anyone have any personal experiences or insights they might share with a 1st time buyer who will be moving to Hua Hin soon

How to get a Usufruct?
are there any usufruct agreements available online to peruse and use? I can see one being sold for 1450 baht but you must pay to see all the thai translations. Or are the ones available from the land registry department good enough to use?
