I use Ubon Ratchathani immigration. This will be my fourth extension. Only on my first application that the IO made the house visit. I will keep this in mind if I need to make an overseas trip during the consideration period. Thank you to all.

Can I leave for an overseas trip soon after submitting my non-o marriage extension? Will I need a re-entry permit? Should I be back on time to pick up the extension approval on the projected date of pick up? Thanks.

I, presently have a marriage visa but will soon need to do an extension. Due to medical expenses, I won't meet the 400,000 b. requirement at the time of application. 1. Should I apply for a 60-day visa to visit my wife at immigration. Hopefully this will give enough time to season the money. Is this accepted by Immigration? 2. Should I go to Savannakhet to apply for a single/multiple entry O marriage. The thing that I am not sure about is " can I get an extension from a 60-day visa or I need to have a 90-day O marriage first before I can apply for an extension. Thanks.

I am on a marriage extension and living at my spouse's address. I need a change of scenery and want to live in a beach town by renting a place. I will come back to my house just before doing the 90 day report and maybe go and live somewhere again. Will I have to report a change of address to the beach town Immigration office? When I return to my home, will I have to submit the TM 30? Thanks.

I thought that Immigration has got rid of this rule a couple of years ago. I am due for an extension of stay in a few months, will I get fine for this? I have not done any reports ever since, after I traveled.
