Haven't followed this for a while but has anyone from the govt actually condemned this sort of violence? how about a whisper from the King, slaps & punches fair enough but cowardly kicking heads like that should be classed as attempted murder.

It's called imposing and most here are old enough to know not to make things awkward with family and friends by intruding, get a hotel or something close by when visiting, I've done both and would rather save the $ for my own accommodation any day.

I've had 5 implants over 3 years costing about 70'000 each, maybe a bit expensive but I chose the best quality screws & crowns done at Bangkok International Hospital. Implants are the way to go if your ok with the price.

Over the last 12 months my Thai gf has shown me numerous graphic images shared to her via Facebook friends.

Some of these video's show victims actually dying after accidents and crimes and often show people standing there with cell phones taking pictures, I don't understand why people stand around saying "hold on help is coming" when you can clearly see people choking on their own blood etc. Maybe people are scared/ don't want to get involved or more likely lack first aid skills.

Follow the public taxi signs to the ground floor, set price is 1500 Baht, don't get distracted by other transport operators as I think more expensive & have a map of hotel location or at least hotel phone number, guarantee driver will need it

If it's all for show what's the problem? So much negativity soon as sin sod or dowry is mentioned, most farangs (elderly, out of shape etc) want the pretty young Thai bird but are ignorant of the culture that comes with it.

In my case 4 or 500k will be refunded after the wedding except for maybe 50k (who cares) in recognition the parents will need assistance some time in the future.

Of course it's all about FACE the gf, the parents as well as your own. Everyone happy

Maybe they think BKK is in Phuket, anyway most Aussies I've seen in Phuket sit in Aussie bars drinking oz beer, eating oz food listening to oz music with their ocker gf's, same same but different I guess.
