How old is the child?

As Thai law is that you are not the father of the child as you are not married, and if the child is under a certain age then

you must apply to be recognised by the courts as the father of the child, maybe they are tightening up these rules and

giving the Embassies the rules to follow word for word.

I agree that there are only two methods in which to 'aquire' fatherhood for a Thai child, the easiest is just to marry the childs mother, & the 2nd is to apply to the Family Court for a Judge to decide. To cut to the 'chase', I do intend to marry the mother in the nearest future, but I need to do a few things before that will happen, as we 'all' know once married everything either of us aquire is owned 50/50.

So my 1st objective will be to create a company, & as I can only own 49% of said company, the other 51% will be divided up between 6-7 different Thai's that DON'T know each other (key point), this gives me control of the company, once created the 'company' will buy land & some vehical's in the company name.

With these objectives obtained I am more than willing to marry my sweetheart, & thus gain fatherhood for my son

Okay so this is how i have done it.

I set up my wife in a bogus business, i always made sure that this so called business had accounts, legitimate in comings and outgoings on paper. You must also understand that as much as the criminals are allowed to take money. Thai banks and finance companies are just as kamikaze in giving money. Amazingly Thai banks will also make a decision to lend money on only 6 months worth of accounts. To my amazement she was offered a 70% mortgage for a house. In reality she had no real education and never worked a day in her life.

I have a 9 year old daughter and we have been together for over 10 years. Yes i paid the 30% down however my view was that this is money i am prepared to walk away from if things get to that stage. I look at the house as a roof over my kids head.

To this day i pay the mortgage every month, i also did the same with the car and i pay for this also each month. There are another 30 years left to pay on this mortgage so by this time i will an old man anyway. To me i am paying a monthly fee to keep my lifestyle and enjoy my family. If someone close to me wants me out then i simply pack a bag and go. They are then responsible for the finances. I do not invest here. One of the reasons we have such a problem with illegal immigration, is due to a completely broken immigration policy. Nobody from the third world gets into the US legally anymore, unless they are wealthy. The quota system is outdated, broken and dysfunctional. Policy needs to be updated so that some of these people can legally come to the US. That is not possible now. And, we are turning away nuclear physicists, due to silly quotas. Look into it. I relation to Porntip Rojanansund. People need to understand this woman's political preferences. You definitely have a valid point. So, we must ask "Why has no one claimed responsibility?" The point of terrorism is to terrorize. An event like this is so significant that it cant be minimized, therefore you must wonder why wasn't it capitalized on? It could have been significantly magnified by the social media by claiming responsibility and perhaps adding more threats. It was not. Either cutouts were eliminated, a plan gone awry, or a network that is not yet sufficient to keep authorities away needs to remain quiet longer until a framework was in place to aid and abet. Lastly, I do not believe this was an inexperienced bomb maker. If this was a lone wolf or small cell bombmaker it is quite possible it would look like this.
