I've lived in Rawai for the past 22 years and there are many people everyday breaking the road rules and to be honest most are Farangs, but this is not news because most of the thais that cause accidents run away from it and show up later with a basket of crap asking for forgiveness and the coppers don't care, you never see the police pulling over the thais riding without helmut, driving down the wrong side of the road or the famous 3 wheelers that are illegal and most have no lights on at night,, nope this is news because it's a Farang. 

Many years ago in London I was picked and I caught the guy that did it he tried to push me away so I dragged him into a side street and kicked the crap of him, the African guy should of done the same. 

I know that a lot of people will disagree with this but I don't give a crap,,, Thailand needs to get rid of these stupid old gready men in charge throw Taksin and his family back out of the country and elect a new government that is for their people not themselves,, it needs new blood new ideas and a new way forward,, yeah never going to happen. 

More then likely another Russian did this they have no worries about killing there own especially if money is involved so as long as there killing each other who cares
