    I live in Kap Choeng Surin about 2 km from the Kap Choeng Government Hospital. NO APP was used or needed to registered. My wife registered me by my pink card and she by her id card. She was notified about 6 weeks back on a Tuesday on her phone to come on down. We both received AZ and are scheduled to return 1 October at 0800. People I know who live in Surin City have been moved up for their shot of AZ by 30 days.
