They provide better rate than banks, as for WISE, they charge fee based on % of the amount, but if use my bank TT just flat rate fee. So cash is the King.

I think AXA will insure up 90, but you will pay for it. Just got a quote for 90 days 6,836 Baht

They do accept Visa but NOT Mastercard.
