i was charged and went to court for possession of 20gs of gunja and fined 5000b together with another traveler, now i have holidayed many times in the kingdom sometimes for a year at a time and have accumulated many things tv, 2 motorbikes regestered in my name etc etc and have a thai girl friend who currently lives in a house i am renting now after these charges i returned to my country for work. recently i applied for a visa which was approved and flew to thailand but when i arrived i was refused entry and told i had been black listed and cannot enter thailand. now just wanting some info from anyone who has had any experience with anything relating to how i may go about returning to thailand or clear my name from abroad the legitimate way

Honestly just looking for ideas... Well here is a better question I guess... How would YOU invest $50,000 in Thailand? People obviously make a living in Thailand. Its not impossible. I do like the idea of just living and observing for a few months, and I'm sure thats what I will do. We will be moving in with her parents for a couple of months when we get there anyways, so I wont be spending much money. I have been to Thailand a few times, and I have fallen in love with the culture, just as you guys have.

did you ask for a 'english written contract' copy? If i were you, I would certainly request a english copy of the contract.

If not, there are some other alternative convenience stores aligning for Thailand such as 'Family Mart' 'Lawson', Circle K,' perhaps

you should look into their franchise ventures as well; ask for a English contract copy.

Personally if I was getting into contractual stuff, which was written in a language I didnt understand, involving what one assumes is quite a significant amount of money...I would retain a lawyer, who understands thew language said contract was written in to act on my behalf....too simple an answer ?.....
