yes..curry....made from chili and ?....yep oil as an emulsifier to blend those chilis...add hot sun and heat and it breaks down and then you chill that oil and voila! white fat......same as a tuna sandwich with mayo..mayo which is mainly made of......OIL.... go buy a curry paste and a coconut milk at 7-11 and blend it and add it to steamed veggies and rice.....i can do this in my room i have a small hot plate for cooking chicken.....kettle for boiling pasta--eggs-veggies...etc..... so if i take 2 thai foods soup and steamed fish or coconut curry which one is the healthier?....its not rocket science..... I eat watermelon--yogurt and 2 boiled eggs as my one meal every day......and drink lemon water and green tea......healthy???? im in thailand but is it thai food???....variety of choices here or just go to the tesco and cook yourself.....u r what u eat

How to lower electric usage to reduce electric bill?
Sticky Rice Balls replied to RolandRat's topic in General Topics
i shower when i get home as i live on the top floor and can feel the heat as i approach the top floor walking up steps as its the typical cement bldg and holds the heat......i set my ac to 27-30 but may try the DRY mode to pull out the humidity... so after a cool shower i use low setting on fan and cool the room with ac and shut it off after a bit and sleep with low fan to circulate air..also leave window screens open to let air get in/out.....sleep with a cotton sheet or no sheet at all.... i dont have a fridge and use minimal lighting...do use my tv for a few hrs at night....used to have bill of 600 bt! i just checked it for this month and its at 480 for 10 days...so should be seeing my bill over 1000-1500..but will try to make some adjustments gonna tinker with DRY mode and see how that goes...as it seems to work the unit with less power....as humidity is the enemy! -

Superrich Struggles as Savvy Tourists Opt for Travel Cards
Sticky Rice Balls replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
as i just posted...like the prepaid debit-visa cards...you lose that card and you are SOL......and id suppose the fees attached by using it...all they have to do is give a better rate and customers will return as i left them for another shop here in CM and i even see thais in there doing exchange and is always busy..unlike the once grand SR....
