Ive noticed some SHA + in CNX even though not listed on that ASQ site.....would I be able to test and hotel in CNX if i can find my way avoiding bkk flying?...

Ive noticed testing is done at Phuket airport and SHA site said test cost 4200 bt..also that site said transport costs 600-1500!!! I immed thought of taxi mafia having a say about this.......wouldnt be surprised as its how the islands work and who "runs" the islands as to why its not a package plan......just my exp and opinion

My thought is the same problem CNX reported..no bookings---ID be happy to book now..to CM There are NO flights to CNX direct as id prefer to test and hotel there....same goes for Hua Hin there is NO transit allowed thru BKK to CM or HH so we all have to pay for these "select" $$$ hotels in BKK for one night-testing..possibly 2 nights Seems easy to see why...allow transit to these places---offer some direct flights that bypass BKK and seemingly solved Only transit allowed is to Samui with $$$$ hotels and $$$$ flights out.....as much as I try to dent this--is all adds up to $$$$ in the end from my view Easiest to accept it as a bribe and who is willing to pay it to get back in---all you rich hiso farangs aka quality tourists the thai crew wants us to be....sigh

I have read about buses from airport--maybe to drop you at testing then to hotel....but as noted Id email hotel direct I did see on ASQ SHA site about pricing--2400 bt for test and some hotels offered results within 12 hrs---naturally arrive early or possibly 2 days at hotel My thought would be if I arrived late and hotel is "SAFE" id check out and wait in lobby if they couldnt get my result in time or have my credit card fight it The ASQ site has listed one day rates in Phuket but oddly dont include PCR-which is said to be done at airport there and maybe taxi mafia fighting the ride $$ https://asq.in.th/phuket-test-and-go-hotels

I read samui trips allows to transit in BKK so I would assume you get to test in samui at hotel...so why not for CNX?? I read on ASQ site some hotels promising test results within 12 hrs....so arriving in morning would be key--or maybe suckered into 2 night stay If that happened id just sit in hotel lobby next day as the hotel is "clean" for ASQ rules right???? cant make me pay for 2nd night..I could see some trying to use your CC on file to try this move....also why cant i do sandbox for ONE night, as asq site only allows 7, but "promises" a refund(money #1) Im hoping I will find a direct to CNX where I could test and do hotel as thats my base....as the hotel lady up there was saying there were no bookings (duh) Also if one tested positive are they allowed to refuse treatment?....can thais force you to go to hospital?...just thinking out loud... Still think they should give option at swampy to stay in a sealed area for results or book a hotel at your option----just seems like a money grab imo
