Maybe in your house but not in ours, plus Mitsubishi service first suggested the idea to us a few years ago.

Works fine and keeps units cleaner for triple the time. Recommend by Daikin installation GUYS. Still have a very expensive Amway aircleaner for bedroom, too. Terrible pollution. MS>

  2. Filing a civil case costs money in court. No lawyer will advance this. By all means, I understand you want to get even. But don't get yourself in hot water. Good lawyers can get money back, it will take a long time. Maybe check out the offer in a previous post first. He might just know that special lawyer. Good luck. MS>

I went all the way down second Rd to Klang, no road works. Klang was going both ways in the afternoon. (Turned right at 2nd, and left at 3rd) So I have no idea what you are talking of.

Klang was chaotic yesterday at 13.00

So much that I had call my Dr.

appointment and delay 15 min. There was cable burying work going on height TOT intersection.

Overall it is mainly 100s of busses during certain hours clogging up roads.

No doubt this will be a bad season western-wise. I have many business friends TH and Westerners and most talk about another 30 to 40% drop. 1 guy tells me even longtime customers now go for money saving options. Just look at the 1000s of empty and falling apart shop houses allover town. MS>

I had pizza there. So are you saying they dropped pizza from their menu?

If it is still blacked out above the entrance probably yes. It's been about 4 weeks and owner told us no more Pizza. Definitely strange atmosphere, half bar, half restaurant. Wish him luck. MS>

  5. Thank you so much Sheryl. I am getting treated at Watthanasot where I also had most surgeries with lovely Prof. THANAPONG. Can highly recommend him.

Zofran helps slightly. Off course all my treatment destroys normal mouth and intestinal flora, my whole body is a bit screwed up. I am still responding to Dabra & Tramet, liver cleared up massively, so I don't want to give up just yet.

I am a fighter and if I can get constant nausea and surprise violent vomiting under control I can still be of use on this earth, albeit reduced o. c.  Found a private clinic here in Pattaya that seems very promising and will see them for evaluation regarding Cannabis oil.

Thank you dear Sheryl and others for the great support. MS>

I was there last week, there was but a handful of tourists around the beach and restaurants. I ate with my wife opposite the beach with hardly a tourist in sight... now, given the price that we paid for our food the experience was extremely underwhelming... poor service in restaurant (we were the only ones in it) the beach STINKS to high heaven, my thai wife complained about it more than I did, the sea was brown all this whilst being harrassed by street vendors... I live here and I love Thailand, but for what I paid I can go elsewhere, pay less and have a better overall experience. They need to realise, it's not that people aren't coming... people are not coming back.. westerners are not tolerant of certain conditions especially when your $ doesnt go as far.

So, you believe it wasn't a simple sell and retire closure.

Of the five reasons you mention for its closure, how much do you think the changing of customer demographics effected the business?

Yes the food is good at the new location.

The old location didn't have pizza. The new one does.

    You don't eat the atmosphere.

The old place was more Bohemian and open air, no aircon.

The new place is more like Italian Manhattan with aircon of course.

    The prices are similar.

No Pizza @ El Peccatore / The Sinner. Food was OK, but had better. Owner & Staff very friendly, were 3 of 5 people in there. But was early 20.00. Prices fair. Best of luck to the place.  MS>

  7. Nice Benz and great to promote good and honest businesses. Nothing wrong with that.

The world is full of cynical old men... Best ignored.... Enough said... 5555555... Happy New Year. MS>

  8. Thank you all.  Just the occasional good Italian Pizza.... I love Pizza Big in Naklua, consistently very good and friendly, plus excellent value, due to health situation a bit far some days. Bronx gave them 3 chances off-season, disappointed. NY, was not bad the few times we went.  Little Italy, indeed quite good. Almost forgot about that one for the bad days.  Thanks all & Happy 2020. MS>

  9. Just had a call from a friend in Phuket. His manager "diverted" payments for SS for a full 2 years. Not a major amount, but still roughly 250'000. No payment made

for any staff whatsoever. How could the yearly audit not ring the alarm bell?

How should he proceed the correct way firstly in regards to payment for the 2 years and secondly with his crook-manager, who has ripped him off? What are

    consequences in either part?

Thanks for any quick advise & experience.   MS>

  10. So, no Italians with good pizza left in that larger area. Used to enjoy the occasional night out with friends and have a good home-cooked dinner at Max or a few other small places in the vicinity. MS>

  11. Thank you Sheryl & CC.

Last weeks it get really tough and I am used to a lot after 5 years and some major surgeries. Used to be a strong and very active guy. No more....Just done lab tests. All within "norm" for my case. And yes, I feel totally wiped out and it seems I am going step by step through the list of 200+ side-effects of these 2 meds. I will wait for my onc. to be back at work and discuss with her. Not much hope so, I was lucky to make it to 2020, not much hope left for another end of the year.

Main thing nausea and devastating fatigue and general malaise - Zofran did not help - have some of the fast acting one. Trying 3 days of a very low dose 2 x 5mg Prednisone, but so far no improvement. My stomach & digestive system is so screwed up, on top of the abdominal surgeries and reconstruction, that we are having quite a complicated situation here. The results I see & feel 24/7.

Happy New Year & Thank you kindly!    MS>

Indians do not own nana plaza

Not an expert, so might be off. Google: "No stopping Nana" and see top article from the "no links please" newspaper. Then dig a bit deeper into www.

Might stop some of the business experts & Indian-bashes here. Happy 2020 and good investing to all. I am happy for anybody who is successful.... Even better if they are good people. MS>
