Maybe in your house but not in ours, plus Mitsubishi service first suggested the idea to us a few years ago.

Works fine and keeps units cleaner for triple the time. Recommend by Daikin installation GUYS. Still have a very expensive Amway aircleaner for bedroom, too. Terrible pollution. MS>

  2. Filing a civil case costs money in court. No lawyer will advance this. By all means, I understand you want to get even. But don't get yourself in hot water. Good lawyers can get money back, it will take a long time. Maybe check out the offer in a previous post first. He might just know that special lawyer. Good luck. MS>

I went all the way down second Rd to Klang, no road works. Klang was going both ways in the afternoon. (Turned right at 2nd, and left at 3rd) So I have no idea what you are talking of.

Klang was chaotic yesterday at 13.00

So much that I had call my Dr.

appointment and delay 15 min. There was cable burying work going on height TOT intersection.

Overall it is mainly 100s of busses during certain hours clogging up roads.

No doubt this will be a bad season western-wise. I have many business friends TH and Westerners and most talk about another 30 to 40% drop. 1 guy tells me even longtime customers now go for money saving options. Just look at the 1000s of empty and falling apart shop houses allover town. MS>

Indians do not own nana plaza

Not an expert, so might be off. Google: "No stopping Nana" and see top article from the "no links please" newspaper. Then dig a bit deeper into www.

Might stop some of the business experts & Indian-bashes here. Happy 2020 and good investing to all. I am happy for anybody who is successful.... Even better if they are good people. MS>

same old story now coming every year and its nonsense, yes its not as busy as it use to be but trying get a hotel there and you'll find it hard to do cuz everywhere is full, and you wont get a hotel for love nor money over the xmas and new year week.

Even many of the once very popular hotels are far from fully booked. Some of the discounts are unbeatable and prices mostly much lower than prior years. Some very good deals for Xmas week. Check other search engines and even more vacancies appear. Don't fall for the "last room" bs. Merry Christmas. MS>

I cannot relate to this AT ALL. This has to be more Thai Visa propaganda “Fake news“ funded by European globalists. Folks, anyone reading posts on TV, question what you are reading. If you weren't aware, European governments pay lots of people to create fake accounts on Thai Visa to promote anti-Thai propaganda. They do the same in the Bangkok Post comment section for obvious reasons.

No Thai police would ever dare raid my house. The thought of that happening is laughable at best. Hahahah. Yeah right. You are either full of it or are clearly doing something very wrong to upset your neighbors this much.

On the off chance that this story is true, you should know that as a Farang, if you wish to do business in Thailand like “operate farming machinery” then you absolutely must pay for protection. That’s just how it is. I have multiple businesses in Thailand and have absurd amounts of police protection that I pay for monthly. This is the cost of doing business in Thailand and it is totally worth it because there is literally no competition in this country. Thailand truly is the land of opportunity if you’re willing to play by the rules.

Move to the United States, or better yet the “failing” Sweden, if you want equal rights and to live in an egalitarian society.

555555... U meant to write "pay by the rules".

Sad statement you make, but probably true.

Now can you enlighten us a bit on the pesticides use, as you are farming.

What is the reality? Many of us are concerned about this.

    Thank you. MS>

  7. You are right. Some excellent YouTube documentaries on really "pure" bread without industrial addons. Goes for almost any kind of food or drink these days. 100% OJ? Mineral Water? etc. Forget it... You loose your appetite if you start watching this stuff. Thanks for all responses. I found a fantastic bread in Jomtien Complex, French Bakery and Restaurant. However it is a bit out of my way and for the rather small size not very affordable with 110 Baht. However it can be frozen right in the special paperbag and baked up again. So I buy 4 or 5 at a time. Still tastes fantastic out of the freezer. Keeps in fridge for several days in original bag. Does not last 2 days with me, 555555. Crusty and tasty. Watch your fingers when cutting... Has a good choice of breads and weets which I have not tried yet. . Regards. MS>
