Filing a civil case costs money in court. No lawyer will advance this. By all means, I understand you want to get even. But don't get yourself in hot water. Good lawyers can get money back, it will take a long time. Maybe check out the offer in a previous post first. He might just know that special lawyer. Good luck. MS>

Never gonna happen. Just talk. Never seen a more amateur tourist management then in ????????. They could easily copy other countries achievements, but their cultural and personal attitudes do not allow for this. Pity. USED TO BEexotic and amazing... Check back in 20 years. MS>

I went all the way down second Rd to Klang, no road works. Klang was going both ways in the afternoon. (Turned right at 2nd, and left at 3rd) So I have no idea what you are talking of.
Klang was chaotic yesterday at 13.00
So much that I had call my Dr.
appointment and delay 15 min. There was cable burying work going on height TOT intersection.
Overall it is mainly 100s of busses during certain hours clogging up roads.
No doubt this will be a bad season western-wise. I have many business friends TH and Westerners and most talk about another 30 to 40% drop. 1 guy tells me even longtime customers now go for money saving options. Just look at the 1000s of empty and falling apart shop houses allover town. MS>

Indians do not own nana plaza
Not an expert, so might be off. Google: "No stopping Nana" and see top article from the "no links please" newspaper. Then dig a bit deeper into www.
Might stop some of the business experts & Indian-bashes here. Happy 2020 and good investing to all. I am happy for anybody who is successful.... Even better if they are good people. MS>

Merry Christmas. Anybody aware of a hospital in Pattaya that prescribes Cannabis Oil for chemotherapy caused nausea and vomiting? None of commercial meds doing anything to relieve. Thank you very much.

TH has lost its AMAZING and EXOTIC a while ago. Paired with constant negative headlines in pretty much every respect allover the world, people are now heading for better places. I don't know any other holiday country with a barrage of nonstop discussions about tourism, foreigners and mostly negative contents. They have killed that part of tourism. MS>

same old story now coming every year and its nonsense, yes its not as busy as it use to be but trying get a hotel there and you'll find it hard to do cuz everywhere is full, and you wont get a hotel for love nor money over the xmas and new year week.
Even many of the once very popular hotels are far from fully booked. Some of the discounts are unbeatable and prices mostly much lower than prior years. Some very good deals for Xmas week. Check other search engines and even more vacancies appear. Don't fall for the "last room" bs. Merry Christmas. MS>

Plenty Chinese and Indians to fill that gap.
Central and T21 have gogo and beer bars? Why wasn't I informed?!
Mongers don't do cake. Unless you're my Canadian mate 'The Juicer' who took 2 strippers, 3 cheesecakes and 4 lemon meringue pies to his hotel room.
Great. One of the few with a sense of humor. MS>

I withdraw my comment. Too spontaneous and generalized. We have some extremely successful Indians in Pattaya and they don't show off and are smart, educated and nice people. My assumption somebody would get blue-eyed into such a major venture was plein wrong. Have a nice day.

Never had any issues as time goes. They are connected to internet all the time.
Some excellent bargains if you search well. Bought several 55, 65 and 70 inch the last 12 months. From 11K to max. 18K.
Not the latest models of course, but Ultra HD and fast. MS>

Get an LG Smart with Magic Control. Great, simple OS. Super easy to get used to, point, click, write etc.
Great deals on Lazada. Trust me, you won't regret. Go as big as you can afford.
Enjoy. MS>

I cannot relate to this AT ALL. This has to be more Thai Visa propaganda “Fake news“ funded by European globalists. Folks, anyone reading posts on TV, question what you are reading. If you weren't aware, European governments pay lots of people to create fake accounts on Thai Visa to promote anti-Thai propaganda. They do the same in the Bangkok Post comment section for obvious reasons.
No Thai police would ever dare raid my house. The thought of that happening is laughable at best. Hahahah. Yeah right. You are either full of it or are clearly doing something very wrong to upset your neighbors this much.
On the off chance that this story is true, you should know that as a Farang, if you wish to do business in Thailand like “operate farming machinery” then you absolutely must pay for protection. That’s just how it is. I have multiple businesses in Thailand and have absurd amounts of police protection that I pay for monthly. This is the cost of doing business in Thailand and it is totally worth it because there is literally no competition in this country. Thailand truly is the land of opportunity if you’re willing to play by the rules.
Move to the United States, or better yet the “failing” Sweden, if you want equal rights and to live in an egalitarian society.
555555... U meant to write "pay by the rules".
Sad statement you make, but probably true.
Now can you enlighten us a bit on the pesticides use, as you are farming.
What is the reality? Many of us are concerned about this.
Thank you. MS>

When I did my last retirement extension in April at Jomtien I needed copies of a few documents. The young assistant sorting out my paperwork simply used their small copier rather than asking me to arrange myself.
No charge.
Have always found the retirement desk at Jomtien extremely helpful.

You are right. Some excellent YouTube documentaries on really "pure" bread without industrial addons. Goes for almost any kind of food or drink these days. 100% OJ? Mineral Water? etc. Forget it... You loose your appetite if you start watching this stuff. Thanks for all responses. I found a fantastic bread in Jomtien Complex, French Bakery and Restaurant. However it is a bit out of my way and for the rather small size not very affordable with 110 Baht. However it can be frozen right in the special paperbag and baked up again. So I buy 4 or 5 at a time. Still tastes fantastic out of the freezer. Keeps in fridge for several days in original bag. Does not last 2 days with me, 555555. Crusty and tasty. Watch your fingers when cutting... Has a good choice of breads and weets which I have not tried yet. . Regards. MS>
