I can’t seem to get any official guidance on this subject.  If Phuket opens to vaccinated tourists on July 1, what about families?  Considering that no countries I am aware of are vaccinating children under 12 years old does that mean that families with kids will not be able to visit Phuket without quarantine even if both parents are vaccinated?

Makes perfect sense.  Yes, the countries that funded the vaccines will get first shot at it.  Also, of course Thai citizens should get it first. Do you think your home country would allow a Thai visitor to step in line before a citizen.  Nothing stopping people to go home and get vaccinated in their home countries.  And if private hospitals do get a hold of some then yes, they are entitled to charge as they will surely have to pay for the vaccine and they are entitled to a profit.  Maybe some of the private insurance companies will pay for your vaccines or subsidize as it is in their best interest for their clients to not catch covid

I tried to book a room for this weekend a coupe of days ago.  All 4-5 star hotels full or super expensive.  Good for them I guess and bad for me.

They just need to see proof that you were in Thailand around the time of conceiving.  Just be prepared that they will interview you and the mother in person.  For the proof, they will really accept anything as long as they generally believe you.  Photos also can use.  Copy of your diploma.  College transcript etc

My gym tells me there is still a 1 hour limit on using the gym as per government mandate.  I know this was a mandate before June 1, but I was under the impression that this was lifted in phase 3.  I know all other gyms I have friends at have mo time limit on the workout now.  Does anyone know the official position here?

Gyms are open in Bangkok.  My gym which is pretty big has opened the free weight area only.  No cardio machines or resistance “machines”.  Same for my condo gym.  Cardio is roped off

Start with a Military Junta/Seudo elected govt

 

Next add onerous immigration

Then look at things like visiting Thailand is dangerous to your health

60 dead per day on roads is not very enticing is it?

The list goes on & on  it is a cause & effect now in motion that will take years to clear

 

Because as this gets worse regular Thai's sellers/businesses get depressed / economically stressed

Next as folks move off to find better vacation spots they do not instantly come back because now you get 32 instead of 30 baht to a dollar

Instead they have already booked next years get away & will only return when they read once again favorable reviews from reliable sources

that Thailand is once again a nice vacation spot

 

The imbeciles confuse tourists with expats. Expats care most about income conversion to Baht tourist are tourist aka: two week millionaires

Can a Thai company purchase a condo? I know it can buy land.  Also can the company finance the condo the same as a Thai person?

Is it possible to obtain financing for a freehold condo purchase in Bangkok.  I have good credit history financing multiple cars in Thailand in the past.  And if yes, what is the usually loan to value rate they finance?

I have recently encountered a number of websites that I have been able to access before I cannot access from Thailand now.  These are pretty mainstream sites suck as Southwest Airlines, Macy’s, amd my mortgage site.  I have tried multiple computers, wi-fi, and different cities.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  If so, is there a work around anyone knows?

Would like some guidance here.  In thailand if an engagement breakup is mutual before the wedding, what is the custom and the law regarding the return of the engagement ring to the donor.  The ring was bought and given in the USA where the laws are that the ring must be returned, but in Thailand, what laws would apply as the ring is in thailand now?

555, As a dive instructor I can bet (no pun intended) that this is part of a dive course.  For advanced deep training you want to show how the effects of nitrogen narcosis affects your thinking.  One way we show this is to have the students play cards at depth to see how their cognitive thinking is affected.  This could be the case here 

I have gone through the court process of legitimizing myself as the father of my child with a thai mother.  I am a full-time resident in Thailand with work permit.  What are my parental rights?  Am I on the same footing now with the mother as far as custody, residence decisions, etc., or does the mother’s rights still supersede mine at this point?
