If you put mangoes n the fridge, you need to put them in the warmest part of the fridge . They should not be kept cold. Avoid wrapping them in plastic as mangoes give off ethylene gas which will ripen them very quick if enclosed should keep at about 10-12 degrees I spent my whole life in the produce industry, so I do consider myself an expert
