So does this mean the Thais will finally be told to stop masking because they're obviously not going to stop until someone tells them to.
Well depending on the location I see that many Thai have drop the mask since last month, but hey up to them ...

Never been to this office do they respect the time of the appointment taken or they make you wait outside for a long time?
I ask because I read about people waiting outside a whole day under direct sun which I can't do for health reasons.

Glad I slipped in in early September, hardly any lines then. A couple of us used the Thai line as we had e-visas and Thai wives in tow. Less than 5 minutes.
Came in to Don Mueang from Vietnam on 30 Oct without a visa and it only took about 10 minutes or so.
Got back to the U.S. Nov 6 at Dulles airport (D.C.). Took two hours to go through the line for US passport holders/permanent residents. There were a couple hundred of us on a flight and they had one immigration officer!
With an e-visa we can use th Thai line?

When I applied in late 2020 from the UK for a 90 day Non-O based on marriage, I did not supply any letter at all. The marriage certificate, ID card copy and Tabien Baan was all that I supplied, and the visa was granted without any issue. I guess that they considered that you did not need an invitation to visit your spouse. We had been married for well over a decade, so maybe that helped.
In Canada they ask for that letter also even if i married for 12 years now and she lives in Canada, I guess it's a new condition no insurance proof was asked

You can apply for a 60 day extension.
You will need a completed TM7 form.
You wife will need to be with you when you apply. Copy of your marriage certificate. Copies of your wife's house book registry and ID card. Some offices may want a up to date print out of your Kor Ror 2 marriage registry that can be requested at any Amphoe.
You can apply for the extension about 2 week before your 90 days end.
Thx Ubonjoe very appreciated!

What will your non-o visa be based upon.
If married to or the parent of a Thai you can apply for a 60 day extension to visit them.
Married so i could extend for 60 days more after my 90 days with a single entry Non O ? What document will they need and when will be the best time to ask for the extension?
-
Usually i use the non o multi and after 90 days i travel and come back, but next winter i want to stay in Thailand, is it possible to extend a single non o visa at the local immigration without bringing a tons of documents?

The quarantine requirements are written in the ministerial order for them (it is not a law).
Just ignore the quarantine requirements if shown on a embassy or a official consulate website. It will be approved without a AQ hotel reservation for any amount of time.
The quarantine and vaccination requirements are a different order than the STV requirements.
The requirements for a COE or the new Thailand Pass are completely separate from visa applications.
Hi Ubonjoe, i just make a STV application yesterday i think they will refuse it they still ask for 14 days quarantine and a confirmation of stay after quarantine wich i don't have i send only my 24h quarantine booking wich is in january very confusing their website.
