    They were closed for about 12 days over Christmas/New Year - my guess is they have been super busy catching up last couple of days. And I have always found them a bit flaky over email, facebook, Line etc..... but very good in person in the shop

    Yep. I just checked the same dates I fly with Emirates in early December....20% more expensive than Emirates when you add seat selection, checked luggage, a meal. To be fair, I booked Emirates a couple of months ago, so maybe better prices if booking further ahead with Norse
