Looks like quite nice houses. Are there so many officials there, and do they need such nice houses?

So, when are the police going to check the CCTV? Guess they are in no real hurry, maybe check out the two girls first!

The one thing that amazes me, about amazing Thailand, is the amount of rules and regulations, that can be made, and a day later, canceled. 

Yeah, I vote for Fascino, and they have most things that you need, not like the small shops. I stopped shopping for meds, a long time ago, a waste of time, running around. Fascino at least, Looks professional.

So, a hospital dosent have alcohol? Or even a piece of string?

It was just bad luck, that he died after being kicked, and Norwegians freeze to death in Thailand! Amazing Thailand! 

Just get a hotel room, lots of vids, lock the door, and relax for a few days!

From what I read, there was no Accident, but on going Negotiations, but im sure its just a case of break failure.

I was waiting for the pattaya bus, from the airport last week, across the road from the line of taxies. There were no smoking signs everywhere, and smokers everywhere! It actually seems like these laws are made up as a joke. I cant image over 200 people on the beach, playing police, catching smokers and stray dogs, there is going to be a lot of fighting I think. Too bad these police, cant be used to pick up the garbage.

I have a male cat that needs neutering, also a few neighbor cats that I would like to get fixed. Does anyone know, a place that does Free neutering in Pattaya. I know there are places that offer free neutering, but they seem to be impossible to find. This is for now, not last year, or next year. I just need a phone number. Thanks for any help!
