230kmh = 143mph!!!!!

Bloody hell, that must have been a hell of a hill they were racing down.

Best I’ve had is 214kmh on a flat during mid afternoon.

My 2012 N650 is having its 30,000km service done this Monday.

On top of the regular service I have insisted the following to be done:-

Valve clearances

Throttle body synchronization

Compression check (I’m curious as to how the engine is holding up)

Air filter

After 100km or so I’ll head out for one test run to see if she can reach 220kmh on a flat

Change the rear spocket to a smaller size might do the trick.

Pls take a look at the Fresco Ultrashort or the MIVV doublegun. Cool looking stuff.

Do not under estimate the power.Last sunday I was chasing 2 cbr1000 on the way to the beach in Trang.I had so much fun but the 2 riders were stressed out,they thought it was a bigger cc bike.

Speed boats speeding close to swimmers or divers are very common on Phi Phi Island.The boat driver seems to do this for the thrill at the cost of life for others.Some of the passengers enjoy it too.They cheer loudly when the boat driver does this.

Hi NormanW,does that hugger really keep the water from splashing at the back of the bike?

My stock hugger doesn't do anything.My pillion always get splash all the way to the helmet whenever I past a puddle of water after the rain.

quite often a behind the scenes explains why something that looks really crazy is in reality not all that - here it's the opposite... they were really moving these bikes across rooftops and high speeds... with no helmets on!!

At lease they have nice suits and shoes.The young somchais near my house ride their bikes in the padi fields at break neck speed with only shorts and flip flops.
