Had Resume treatment at Bangkok Hospital a year ago. 200,000 baht. Still get up at night to urinate at least two or three times. No change in frequent urination. At age 83 maybe I shouldn't expect much change.

Did my online drivers test in August. Missed 3 of the 4 question asked. Passed and went to DLT the next day and received my new 5 year extension.

I did it once in Bangkok and one time in Chiang Mai. No witnesses needed.

Too fast for me. Last month 30 Nov. (29th in U.S.) made monthly transfer. Money deposited in my BKK account on 30 Nov. Screwed up my monthly transfers for Thai Immigration. TW took money from my U.S. account a few days later.

This morning I did my monthly 65,000 baht transfer. In five hours the transfer was complete and money in the Thai bank. My bank in the USA has not deducted the funds from my account This transfer usually takes three days and USA bank deducts the funds before before showing up in Thai bank. Any ideas?

A far a I know they do not want 1 and 2 in your post for an extension based upon retirement.
No medical certificate is required or any kind of insurance.
Did my extension of stay based on retirement, a couple of day ago. in Chiang Mai. GPS map coordinate is needed. With a agent, in and out in 3 min. No questions or papers to sign, just photo. I sill don't know if I am on a 65,000 monthly income or a 800,000 bank balance

Checked IRS web site and called them. Their reply was: Wait. Will take a tax credit on my 2020 tax return, as per their request.

I am still waiting for the first stimulus check.

I had my son send my new credit card to me a few months ago from Seattle. USPS could not guarantee delivery, so sent it DHL ($52.00). 7 days to my house in Chiang Mai

Three points:
No bail out money to city's that did nothing to curtail rioting.
No blank check to teacher's unions.
No free health care to illegal aliens.

Replaced a battery in my 2013 Chevy Cruze LTZ. Third replacement since new. Chevrolet came to the house for all replacements. Warranty on A.C. Delco (General Motors) battery 6 months or 10,000 kms. Get at least two years out of one battery. Driven mostly local and in town driving.

Good choice.

Just sold my 2013 Chevy Cruze LTZ (top of the line) today. Endless money pit. Paid one million baht, and sold it for 150,000 baht. Glad to get rid of it. Chevrolet is the only place that has diagnostic computer to check electrical systems and do major maintenance. Buy Japanese cars, any Thai garage can work on them for less money.
P.S. Just bought a new Toyota truck today.
