Did you mean an interior designer for designing your shop? And a contractor for build it?
My wife is an interior designer who sometimes does sideline jobs.
The job includes 3D perspective, CAD layouts and elevations, specified used materials, and graphics if needed. Those documents you just hand over to any contractor. He can then estimate the price for you.
If you could give some more details so we could have an idea of what you want to do
Grtz
It will be a small drug store, but we are still negotiating at the moment with the shopping mall so I can't give that much info till were sure with got it.

Just placed an order for new Honda city, and have been quoted 25,000 for insurance by the Honda dealer is this reasonable or not, as this is my first car that I have brought in Thailand so am not savvy about this.
-
No.
The only way to avoid import duties or excise taxes is when importing official diplomatic vehicles.
Thank you, question answered.

Advice please, if coming to Thailand on non-immirgrant o visa can you import a car free of tax/duty. Anyone know rules and regulations please.
-
Cash amounts are needed for your visa extension 800,000 or 65,000 a month for an extension based on Retirement / 400,000 or 40,000 a month based on marriage to a Thai National.
Check out the Thai Embassy website for details.
For retirement you must be over 50yrs.
Thank you for that 400,000 it is then.

Can anyone give me some advice, I want to return to Thailand with my Thai wife she has now got a good job earning 55,000 baht a month, if I get a non immirgrant o visa visa here in the uk how much money do I have to deposit in my Thai bank account because on the forum some people say 400,000 and some say 800,000 help please. P.s do I go for single or multiple entry visa.
-
A Multi Entry Non Imm O Visa will give you up to 15 months but would mean leaving the country every 90 days.
A 12 month extension of stay from Thai Immigration based on having a Thai Wife would give you 12 months without having to leave the country.
2.18 In the case of a family
member of a Thai(applicable only to parents, spouse, child, adopted child or child
of his/her spouse):
Permission will be
granted for a period of
not more than 1 year at a time.
(6) In case of marriage with a Thai lady, the husband who is an alien must have an average annual income of not less than 40,000 baht per month or a money deposit in a local Thai bank of not less than 400,000 baht for the past 2 months for expenses within a year.
Thank you very much, it is now a lot clearer.

Being married to a Thai is ground for a (multiple) non-O visa good for 90 days per entry. This can be extended to 1 year if you have an income of 40,000 a month (can be from abroad) or have 400,000 in a bankaccount in Thailand in your name. In botth cases it must be your money, not your wife's.
A multiple would give you an unlimited number of entries for 90 days during the period the visa is valid. It would give you some extra time till you can meet the requirements.
Hi mario, what requirments do i have to meet ? and for what.
